I wish I could recommend this place for younger clients such as my teenage daughter but I just cannot. If I am correct my daughters first waxing was with the owner? Whoever it was, was thoughtful and took the time to really do a great job which had us coming back a second time. However today was with another staff member who lacked the thoughtfulness of my nervous daughter and didn’t want to put in the time. I had a quick question regarding her opinion on the waxing and all I got back was “if you want to, it’s up to you”…pleasantly said but very obvious she just didn’t care and wanted us out. There was a few obvious hairs missed just below the knee on one leg but she didn’t care. I thought I could fix it when I got home and so I didn’t say anything as I felt we were holding her up. I guess it was the last appointment on a Friday and so she just wanted to perhaps go home. I feel like it’s a bit of a hit and miss here and so we won’t be back. I can’t think of anything worse than being rushed out the door and the feeling that I am intruding and then paying for it.

I had a lift lash and I am beyond impressed. The studio itself is lovely and cosy. They dim the lights during processing time which I highly appreciated. Despite the fact my eyes water like no tomorrow, it was no bother and everything went so quickly! Highly impressed - Thank you!

A terrific experience. I left a voicemail and Bonny got back to me and made a booking. On arrival she was professional and friendly. The treatment was really efficient and well done. I rebooked for 5 weeks later. Im hooked

Bonny, Mckenzie & Annie were wonderful. They were able to help in my hour of need before my wedding. We had moved our wedding 2 days earlier due to the lockdown, and the BH team were more than willingly to assist in the 3 hour rush to get me ready for my big day.

I have been there on twice, one for threading with Mckenzie, and Bonnie for facial both where very friendly and informative, I will definately be returning
