Sydney Tools Scoresby

Bought a dewalt portable compressor because the website says they had stock at Scoresby. They didn’t, so they promised to ship it to me… nothing arrived, 5 calls later and on hold a bunch of time still no compressor. Kept getting told someone would get back to me, more promises every time. Got sick of paying $450 for a product and getting nothing. Threatened to go to VCAT so they would refund me. Would give 0 stars if I could. Now have to go back into the shop to get my money refunded. Massive waste of my time.

Absolutely useless Blackburn store I sent a drill in for repair chased it up at least 5 visited the store to be told I will look into it and call you tomorrow.
It is over 12 months and still no reply useless you are better off driving past and going somewhere that cares about their customers.

They offer poor warranty service where items take months before it is looked at and refuse to provide refund even for when they cause the problem

Warranty repair take forever regarding with the bosh tool no lead time or no estimate time why?

Unprofessional staff, irresponsible management, extremely poor customer service.
I run a painting company and from time to time need a reliable water pressure to use. I purchased a Honda water pressure from this store. It worked for 10 minutes. We turned it off to change the the position, and when tried to start it again, the engine didn’t start. I had to carry it to the shop to see what can be done.
The staff refused to offer any solution. I asked them to call the manager. The manager said it is not the sort of thing that he is responsible for. I said do a refund for the unit, and they refused to do so.

Arrogant unhelpful staff. I wanted a manual tool, not spend massive on a battery powered piece of equipment and the guy at the counter was very dismissive, pointing vaguely in the direction of an aisle. There wa perhaps 3 people in the store at the time and it was too much effort for him to get off his chair and help me.
Will never come here again and will warn people away from here.

Went in and got a makita table saw. Ben assisted me with all my questions and helped me chose the best tool for my situation

Oskar was great. I am a difficult customer and spent his time finding the most efficient and cost effective solution for me.

Had the best experience with Oskar at the Scoresby store. He’s an absolute legend who quoted a large order throughout the week for me and price beat total tools. Went above and beyond all with a smile. Definitely ask for Oskar if your in store!

Just bought a new toolbox and all the guys were fantastic. So helpful and polite. They were very friendly and attentive not just because it's their job but also because they genuinely care. They helped load it on the ute and ensured it was safely secured for transport. Thanks tommy and the guys at scoresby sydney tools.

Great picks having Rourke and Tony at this branch. Their service was exceptional.took the time to show me various options for what I was looking for.
With such exceptional service I really urge everyone to consider going local small businesses, rather than big places like Bunnings where you dont necessarily get such service.

Excellent service by store manager William. William was patient, friendly and helpful during all our exchanges with him. He was even patient when I had several delays and challenges with what toolboxes I eventually got. Excellent range of stock also. All round, very happy with our experience and will be back.

Had a problem missing parts out of kit i called them up and spoke with William he was easy to deal with and correct problem thanks for sorting out appropriate

Boyfriend went in today to purchase and pick up a tool box, where they demonstrated how to open and lock the tool box. They handed him the key and it was all good to go. Legit 15mins later when he tried to finally use the toolbox it wouldnt budge. So when he called your shop to try and get some help or at least some options after paying so much you offered him nothing and it costed him an extra $260 for a locksmith to get it open. Surely a massive company such as yours, could have offered some sort of service especially when the faulty happened so quickly after the purchase. Dodgy as.

It will be 2 months as of the 15th of May when my warranty claim will be with these guys. After being told it will be between 2-3 weeks I am still waiting. Their excuse is we have 400 warranty claims and your one isn't that important. I have requested a refund and they have denied it. Avoid this business they don't care about their customers!

The staffs are helpful and patient. They are knowledgeable about the products. Tony explained and helped me figure out the best deal for a DeWalt table saw, and I earned quite some points (cash dollar) for other tools. Very good experience and thanks for the T-shirt!
