This is the first time I have shopped at Sydney Tools and so very impressed with the customer service I recieved. I purchased two Bayer extension leads and Matthew took the time to do a bit of research and identify the best deal for me. I was offered an extremely competitive deal but with no pressure to accept. I will happily return to Sydney Tools (Dandenong). Five stars for a competitive price and for customer service - thank you Matthew!

I have had the pleasure of working with all these guys at the Dandy store and they were all awesome. However due to an incorrect piece of information I have had to sadly walk away and I am shattered to say the least. Today I went to this store with my brother as we needed to buy GEARWRENCH 80948pce 1/4" & 3/8" Drive SAE/Metric 12 Point Standard & Deep Mechanics Tool Set. The online price for the tool advertised on their website was $99 and the price tag attached to the tool in the shop also was $99. We liked the tool and decided to buy it but when we went to the cashier to pay for it, we were told that the price was instead $199, one hundred more than the online and their own price tag. We told them it was both very unfair and inconvenient for customers and that they had to update their price, and change both their online and price tag so that it was not misleading for customers but unfortunately even the manager could not provide us with reasonable answers for their dodgy price and he said that the shop was too big and that they cannot update all the prices. Our experience today at the shop was bitter, unpleasant and unexpected and we will not visit again this store. They should be honest with their customer.

Stood at the counter for 10 min waiting for service. 5 workers behind the counter not one person approached me

I went to the Carrum Downs store and talked to James. He was very helpful and gave me more information than I needed and is organizing all of the things I asked for

Imagine being a company that supplies tradies and the general public with tools and supplies but not answer the phones when someone is desperate for a last minute item. Will get a bull s excuse but this is is not the first time this has happened as soon as it hits 20 to closing time forget even trying to call them their customer service is absolutely pathetic. Gave them a chance but going back to total tools

Friendly staff good parking just don't ask them on how long a product will take to come in because you might be waiting a couple of days and then you'll get nothing no reply until you chase them.

To give credit where it's due, a recent issue with Sydney Tools was resolved in the short term within 24 hours, hopefully the long term problem will be fixed soon

I had contacted Store Manger Dean Scherger at Sydney Tools at Dandenong regarding the availability of a line trimmer. He is very helpful, timely response. Also other staffs (especially Tom) are very friendly and well professional. Highly recommended
