I’ve gone to many hardwares stores and this is the best.
David was incredibly helpful, he was very patient and helped me to find everything I was after and was very knowledgeable, even with warranty matters he took care of it swiftly.
Highly recommend this store and staff here very welcoming and helpful.

Sadly I have to say this Company has the worst Business ethics of any Company I have ever dealt with. They advertised the Milwaukee 10 Piece Tool Kit for $1999 early August. As did other Companies such as the Tool Kit Depot etc. We chose to purchase from Sydney Tools as they advised a bonus offer of 400 credits if we purchased through them. Sounded like a good deal so we went in to the Clayton Store in Victoria and were advised by the Manager (his name is Long) that they were out of stock but new stock was due in 1 week. We paid the $1999 for the kit and were told to look around and use the 400 credits that we were given for spending the $1999 with them. At no stage were we told NOT to use the credits until they supplied the Tools. So we did that and purchased some tool drawers to go with the tools that were coming in 1 week using the 400 credit bonus. One week turned into 2 weeks then 3 weeks then 4 weeks and we continued to call the Clayton Store daily only to be told 5 weeks later on the 5th of October that they now couldn't get the Milwaukee Tool Kit we purchased and paid for. We had been told during this time that they had one coming from the Northern Territory but it never came and now they have said they cant get it and that they will refund the $1999 less the $400 credit that we never would have used if we had known we were never going to get the tool kit that they allowed us to pay for and then 5 weeks later after numerous follow up calls from us they now can not get at all. Called head office in Sydney and was told that they cant help but the area leader for Victoria called Ben would give us a call to come up with a suitable solution. That was 3 days ago and as expected no call from Ben. In the meantime The Tool Kit Depot in Mentone has 3 of these kits in stock, just sitting on their shelf which we can not purchase without the refund from Sydney Tools which they are refusing to provide. The service we received from the Clayton Store was disgraceful - we asked if we could speak to someone at Head Office to rectify the situation and he said " you do that - go for it "
Be extremely careful if you need to purchase from this Company. If they don't have it in stock and tell you they can get it run a mile!

Ordered a fathers day present which it was, buy in store only.
Called store for availability and put one on hold.i went to pick it up from the store butthe driveway was blocked due to a truck unloading goods. Touched my horn very gently and the the truck people unloading for Sydney tools looked at me and they kept unloading like i was invisible. Again i asked them after 1 min and i was attacked verbally very intense to the point that i think if i said anything else i would have been attacked physically.
I just left and be sure me or my family or anyone else i know on this planet is not going buck to this company for even 1 screw.

. Bought a pressure washer few weeks ago and opened it today to use it and the hose bursts. Took it to Sydney tools Clayton where we bought it from. The staff member offers me a replacement hose, I wanted to spend extra money and get a better pressure washer. I was told that I can’t up grade it. That’s fine I will take the replacement hose then, but the 2nd person jumps in and says I can’t get a replacement either as its been more then 14 days and apparently I have to pay for the replacement hose. Two staff two different statements. I wasn’t hoping this from a big store like Sydney tools. Shows how much they value their customers. The hose just literally busts in the first min of using it. You lost another customer today buddy if you care.

Long waiting period for the warranty process, and no feedback after the product returned for more than two months, called and still waiting.

Excellent customer service! Long was trying help us to order the welding mask, he ringed a lot of stores to get the stock, arranged the pickups for us, and also gave us a discount. Thank you, Long.

I had my dropsaw sent off for repair and I was helped the whole way through the process by Long, he was extremely helpful and has amazing customer service skills I have had alot of tool repairs in my years in the trade and I would definitely recommend asking for assistance from Long, considering the complexity of my situation, having to deal with dewalt first hand for a full refund of their faulty 305 dropsaw I couldn't be more satisfied with how I've been treated in store and being updated via phone calls aswell!

The customer service was really awful, I took a pressure washer there and they put me on hold for 4 months for repairs and lied about the warranty and charged me $400. In the end, they delivered pressure washers in oiled state and wasted my time in another month. I don't recommend going there because the employees there are really irresponsible.

Great service, had a mislabelled socket in a set, the guys changed it over for me quickly and easily. Will recommend.

My own fault for not checking stock level online, but their own system says they have 15 bottles Husky LS+ 2-stroke oil, but website says out of stock.

Came here on 2 occasions. Very pleased with the service so far. For the first time a few months ago, I came in to buy certain vices that turned out not to fit my intended purpose. I was able to return them without any hassles or issues for full refunds. I came in today to buy a Bahco foldable saw kit and had a gentleman who helped me locate the product and allowed me to check out the kit quite thoroughly. There was an issue with change during checkout and this staff member was able to resolve it for me better than I could ask for. This is a place I will continue to shop at as long as the customer service is as pristine as what I have experienced so far.

A great place to go and get tools. The staff are great and have always steered me in the right direction on the right tool for the job

They good at sales but
When you go for a warranty repair they don't care about you
I brought a milwaukee tool and top work in one week
Return to the store and that it is with them for 7 weeks and still nothing
Visit 4 times to check the status
They said they will check and get back to me next day and never happened very very disappointed

If the same product you can buy from the bunnings go to bunnings thre warranty service is awesome never had a problem

Brad and Rourke is super awesome and helped me after hour with my late enquiry.

They spent extra effort to help the tool.

Ordered Milwaukee heated jacket thru store 2/7 been a month still awaiting delivery.requested tracking# was told not available.got told to call back later the week to inquire with the staff who posted my order but was on leave. Very poor customer service. They are eager to sale u something but not help.
