I made an online order, after 12 days of not receiving my items, Sydney tools said it takes 15 days for non stocked items to be dispatched, so expect to receive your items 3 weeks after ordering. Very poor service for such a big brand.

When I asked to cancel my order as I need the items right now, they said no cancelling because it was a non stocked item. Then why are you selling non stocked items? What a disappointment

Normally I don't like Sydney Tools (in the area I used to live), but Total tools didn't have what I wanted in stock. I gave my new local Sydney Tools in Caroline Springs a go and I was actually pretty surprised to see how nice and helpful they were. Lukas was the one who served me and he went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back again, thanks Lukas
(Maybe one of guys from Hoppers crossing could learn a thing or two from you lol)

Back around 2 years ago I bought a Sidchrome roller toolbox, it was on order because they never had one in STOCK.

After months of been stuffed around, I told Sydney Tools I've had enough and just want a refund.

Suddenly I get a call, they have one in stock, but it had a scratch on the back, but they said they would refund some money.

When I went down to the Caroline Springs store and seen it, it had more damage than a scratch on the back, it had dints in it on the front and also small scratches but we agreed on a price.

While I was there I also bought some Schumacher battery charges and jump starter.
They told me they would also give me a discount on Schumacher gear.
This is when i got ripped off.

I'm disabled and was in pain and my wife at the time told me to go rest in the car, i hand her my debit card and the guy that had served me said they will load everything into my ute.

When i wasn't in the store, they then proceeded to charge me the price we first agreed on for the Sidchrome roller toolbox when there was only supposedly one scratch on the back.
Not the new price we agreed too when I seen the rest of the damage that they forgot to mention on phone.

With the Schumacher stuff they also charged full price, not the discount they said they would give me for the stuff up and wait on toolbox.

I didn't realise this had happened until I seen my bank account over a week later.

My ex, still had receipt, which showed what they had done.

I called them twice after they told me they needed to talk to salesman and they would get back to me.
I'm still waiting.

I went there to buy a pressure washer.
My boss send card details however they told me they will send email and my boss can pay through that
They sent wrong email and my boss paid
Now they are telling me to wait for 24 hours
And if they had sent write email it should took only 15 mins
I waited there for 1: 30 hrs and return without anything as I need to come again tomorrow when payment will land into their acc.
Even after having so many purchases regularly from last 5 years, they can’t give a small thing even if its their mistake

Bought a 3 way trolley after 1 month the bearings in the wheel all fell apart took it back to the store for a replacement wheel and you wouldn’t believe it it took them 3 months to put a spare wheel on the trolley. Ive spent thousands of dollars there since it had opened but l will no longer be shopping there anymore. I will take my services to Total Tools. Service at an all time low.

Dealing with Lukas at Sydney Tools Caroline Springs has been an absolute pleasure, his knowledge on everything I have asked him about has been impeccable, from storage solutions to drain cameras. These guys have smashed every price I have seen elsewhere.
I would definitely recommend Lukas and the team to anyone. I will definitely be buying my tools and equipment from this store in the future.

Had a great experience shopping for my lawn mower. All staff were very helpful. I was particularly impressed with the service by the sales person who I dealt with. He was able to provide all the information that I needed, very knowledgeable indeed. I was able to choose the right lawn mower that met my requirements with his guidance (And Im loving the EGO Lawn mower that he suggested) Was pleasantly surprised by the bonus points I was offered with my purchase. A Big Thank you Lucas. Will be coming back to Sydney Tools Caroline Springs for sure.

Bought a toolbox costed 3195$ and with redemption they had a wireless speaker and an obd scanner received wireless speaker but not obd scanner I’ve sent over 10 emails speaking with different people each time that could not help me I’m over it now never shopping again at Sydney tools very bad experience

Went in to buy a new toolbox and some multi material bits, no real assistance from the staff, would rather just look at me from a distance to see if I steal something, I guess cause I look young and surely a young bloke wouldn't be coming in to actually spend money, back to total tools I go, thanks for nothing blokes

I am from outside of Melb but was pleased to find Peter at Caroline Springs as he used to be at my local store. Peter had been fantastic at the other store, advising me on choice of power tools and even painting guns, etc. He goes out of his way to help out. His attitude is top notch. I will continue to do business with sydney tools when I am in the area.

Customer service and product knowledge is poor. They never inform you on any instore promotions or savings either. Tradies go elsewhere and spend your $$$ ‍️

I recently went to Sydney tools to purchase a new socket set and on opening and using my sidchrome socket set at work found it jammed and didn't work properly. Within a week of purchase I went back to get a refund as I'd lost faith in the brand and wished to change to kinchrome, they were very unhelpful
and said it could only be fixed under warranty and that I could not have a refund even though it was warranted in the returns policy. Also apparently I needed the cardboard it came in to get my money back under their change of mind policy this all being said while being quite smug and cocky. Luckily I found the cardboard at the bottom of the bin but I will not be returning to Sydney tools.

Came in to look at a welder and buy some other bits and pieces, spoke to Peter was really helpful knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me the best options for what i was looking at and the ammount i wanted to spend.

Always had good experiences at Sydney tools Caroline springs, they always have what I need and the customer service is pretty good I've never had any problems. Even over the pandemic lock-downs they had my click and collect orders ready quickly and pickup was a breeze. It's nice having a proper tool shop so close to home.
