I love this place sooooo much! I always come here to order the lilli had a little lamb and the cocktails here are next level! Service is always so friendly!

This is my first time coming tonight and the food was really nice! The staff are very attentive! I ordered the crispy chicken salad and I really loved it! The coffee here is really high quality!

Great friendly service at switch as always.
Meals were tasty, there was a bit of a wait between our mains being delivered, mine was delivered first and then my partners was about 5mins later, so mine wasn’t as warm by the time we both started to eat.
Aside from that all was great.

Send a clearer message then returning a steak back on a small side plate when asking to cook the steak a little bit more- I ordered medium rare, it was a bit to rare for my liking so I asked for it be cooked a little bit more

My steak got returned back on a small side plate that I could barely cut on without tipping.

So the message was received….

The bartenders are very positive in terms of having a good mood and keeping a good mood for everyone else overall the food is nice the area is nice and the bartenders are amazing, 5/5.

We’ve just had an impromptu dinner at Switch Fountain Gate. We didn’t have a booking but thought we’d give it a try. The staff were more than happy to find us a table! Our waitress Kadesha was so great - she was friendly & attentive the whole time - even though she had lots of other tables including a large group. Our order was taken and drinks/food all come out really quickly. The food itself was delicious - thanks for the tip on the buffalo wings! I don’t usually write reviews - but this place definitely needed to good review! Thanks Kadesha!

Great food and Great service, meals were tasty, group next to us sounded like they were laughing through microphones as it was incredibly loud. The venue itself, the staff and the service was all amazing though

Dined in with my partner for our anniversary, I requested a booth when booking but was told when we got there that there were no booths available (I could see multiple booths empty), was seated at a table in the middle of the walkway
Our bowl of chips we ordered were sitting on the kitchens bench for approx 10
-15 minutes before someone finally bought them over to us (I was eyeing them off on the bench the whole time as I had a gut feeling they were ours), as you can imagine they were stone cold and not enjoyable.

Heaps of people who came in after us were basically all given booths, some were seated in the bigger booths for bigger parties but there were only 2 people dining in.

Definitely won’t be back, considering they asked what the special occasion was, I thought our time at Switch would be made special and at-least be given what we requested. Disappointing: (

Absolutely shocking experience tonight.
For defence, we had a Table of 10+2 kids.

The staff would come and ask if we wanted any drinks and then leave before everyone had finished making orders.

Then after we all placed dinner orders, we waited quite some time, then they come out to inform us that they messed up our docket and they hadn’t even started making our dinner, but we’re getting on it right away and then asked could they get us some drinks. One assumes this was a round on the house for stuffing up dinner (only 3 or 4 drinks were actually ordered), upon paying it turns out nothing was in the house.

Then when meals came, there were a few steaks ordered and they came with just the steaks and the sides came a few minutes later. It was total shambles!

2 of the steaks were ordered with gravy and upon arrival, no gravy. When asked, they said, we don’t have normal gravy…? Then why did say yes when ordering? !?

A gnocchi meal was ordered with additional chicken but it never came,

They don’t split bills, so it wasn’t picked up until later that they charged for the chicken that didn’t come with the gnocchi. That same meal was quite small and when they came and asked how the meals were, it was mentioned that 2 gnocchi meals were ordered but one was significantly smaller, so they offered an additional serving, and I’m sure he said it was covered, but come to paying and it’s on the bill also. This was questioned and eventually removed.

The whole experience was very disappointing and we certainly won’t be back any time soon.

Thanks to the team at Switch for the great food & cocktails. Our waiter Darian was very tentative, great service thanks mate! Food came out fast, drinks as well and the new Watermelon Red Bull Mojito was amazing.
Thank you to the Chefs who were flat out in the kitchen, the Lemon Chicken is still my favourite, and hubby loved the Texas Walker Parma. We will definitely be back!

We ordered an entree with our drinks at the start of service never made its way to the table. After 40 minutes we ordered our mains, to which we had to send a burger back due to the face it was stone cold and inedible, with the other 3/4 of us choosing not to send ours back which were also warm at best as we felt bad for the waitresses who were being told to clear tables rather than take out the mountains of food sitting under the barely lit heat lamp, which was the clear reason for everything being under room temperature. When the returned meal came back it was still below average but at this point everyone was fed up, and we were all eating at different points, so we sucked it up. When I went to pay to the bill I spoke politely to what I assumed was the venue manager, around applying some sort of discount considering we were already paying a 15% surcharge per person. He removed one of the entrees, and said that was the best he could do and that if we had an issue when the food was served we should have raised it then and there. Really disappointing experience, as I had put switch previously on quite a high pedestal hence the reason for taking my friends here, and can safely say that I, aswell as my 4 friends and their families will never be returning.

So to start there wasn't any table service. I know that there is a staff shortage but across the court the Thai place have sufficient staff. Then the meal sizes were quite small compared to prices. The salt and pepper calamari was supposed to be a main meal it was more entree size the pieces were mostly crumbs. Pizza had pieces of brisket but couldn't tell as it was unrecognisableand very sparse. Chicken wings were flavourless. Water was on rations.
Bathroom was disgusting.
Don't think we will back.

The staff don’t serve you, you have to wave them down. The cocktails have bare to no alcohol in them. Just really rude service. The foods pretty average too.

Group of co-workers, we all ordered different types of food, Nasigoreng was more like a risotto/soup, just disgusting and $30, the chicken wrap came with half burned chips, just disgusting, never going back

Delicious menu items and used to be consistently good however since they recently changed their menu, ingredients have been missing from our lifestyle caesars on a regular basis such as one day no avocado, another day no crispy bacon/pancetta. And very disappointed they’ve changed the lunch menu from up until 5pm, to now only up until 3pm as we used to love ordering the chicken roti wrap as an early dinner. Preferably would love to see this on the dinner menu as it’s a favourite item from the menu among us and friends.

Had the ragu and pork ribs, pasta had perfect portions with good amount of beef, it tasted amazing. The ribs were covered in a really nice glaze and the meat fell off the bone with a good side of potatoes and sour cream. Sat outside and had a very nice vibe with heaters to keep warm. Service was quick and friendly, couldn't ask for more.

Very disappointing,
The service was slow, very hard to get someone just to order either another drink or even to order dessert, most of ladies who were serving all stood at one table having a laugh instead of serving and checking up on the other tables.the food was either cold or Luke warm.both my brother and dad had the parma and the chips and both said it was cold, and the $28 sovlake pizza had very little topping mostly just cheese and it was bearly warm, and what is also more disappointing is the kids burger was burnt.the $18 moose dessert was overly priced for the fact I could bearly eat it and was way too sweet it was almost sickly.
I won't be going back, just very disappointed

Lovely cocktail and mocktail choices. Enjoyed great food in a midst of a lovely warm ambience. Plenty room inside and out. Kid/baby friendly

Amazing food, the prawn hub pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. Fries were also nice and crispy!

Really appreciate Darshil for the amazing service. Very polite and also checked up on us to make sure we enjoyed the food:)

Took too long to even come check if we wanted to order. 20 mins. Not a pleasant experience for the price they charge.
