Swinburne Library

Good venue, good facilities.
Most of the toilets are S tier.
Their TP got me and my housemates through lockdown.

Great place to be. Has separate room for group work and there are many spaces for individual learning. Library staff are friendly and helpful. The drop in LAS service is very helpful as well. There are many computers in the library area for students to use. If there were more laptop charging ports that would be helpful. Overall, a great place to learn.:)

I have my 2 years master degree in Swinburne and this library is my favorite place to study. I have done all group and individual assignments here. So many nice memories here. I wish the library get more silent study desks and more hot desktop computers.

The library has different levels that accomidate for different work styles like allocated quiets and talking areas. Accessible for all.

Not accessible for public on weekends or after hours.i am a student from another Uni and wanted to study. I'll have to go somewhere else as it seems that I can't enter without a swipe key.

Very good. It has quiet study spaces and the library itself is quite quiet during the weekends.

5/5 easily the best place to study on campus. Multi level library which contains silent study spaces, tons of books, computer rooms, etc. Staff on the ground floor are always helpful and borrowing is made easy with a quick scan of your student ID. I miss this library.

Lots of improvements since the renovations. It's a peaceful place to read and study with great staff

Need more copies of the books. Some books are ridiculously expensive to buy for subjects, should have more than 7 copies for those subjects. Limited in resources outside the recommended books.

My favourite place around Swinny. Nice and quiet. It will definitely encourage you to study more.

Computers use Internet Explorer as default browser, often slow and laggy. In comparison to other university libraries it is fairly lacking. Head upstairs if you want to at least TRY to have silent study, people downstairs usually talk on their phones and have ringtones on.

Got to be honest, it's not the nicest area to be in. Not very clean, usually very crowded down stairs and warnings about theft greet you at the door, but it does have the tech support and you can rent anything you need like calculators for exams or projectors and laptops. Printing is available 1st and 2nd floors and the basement level has study rooms for students to book and computers. Upper floors are mostly silent study and books as you'd expect.

Always dirty. Was packed after they consolidated the campus's and increased intake dramatically.
