Hi, my kids have been learning to swim at Swim World for two years now and we love this place. But today I called for consultation. The person who answered the phone couldn't wait to hang up the phone after helping me arrange courses. She might be busy which I understand, but it was a bit rude.

Friendly and safe swimming environment for children, babies and toddlers of all ages wanting to learn to swim.
Staff are super helpful and understanding. Thank you for encouraging our children whilst they navigate the levels of swimming.

40 yrs ago my own father would bring here for swimming lessons, I was terrified but got their at the end.

Well Run, clean facilities, helpful staff and coaches. Great value for families and the best coffee!

All I remember is belly flopping after a grand dive and the sound of my stomach high-fiving the surface of the water.everyone was mortified. I was mortified. The pain echoes on. I see a therapist twice a week to help me overcome the shame, but driving past this place has been hard.

I'm facing my fears now. You can't hurt me anymore, Swimworld. Not as much as the belly flop did at least.

I've been sending both of my kids to swimworld for 4 years now.absolutely delighted with the quality and focus of the instructors. The management is really responsive and flexible if you need help with moving your classes around. Using iclasspro app and web portal for self serve bookings has been amazing. My daughter was stuck at her level and they were happy to enrol her in an extra clinic at no charge to focus on her skill building. Thank you swim world and your lovely staff!

Great place to send your kids for swim lessons. They've got a good program, nice and friendly instructors and their management and customer service team are helpful and flexible. They've also got a phone app which makes some things convenient!

Worst swiming school ever! Full of selfish parents who takes more than 10 minutes wash and pamper their adult kids and let toddlers shiver in the queue. Tolerated this for whole one year! With same parent taking more than 10 minutes in the shower where it clearly stated to use shower only for quick rinse! After tolerating this for whole year, kindly requested her to hurrry up and here we got terminated from the facility!
Unbelievable! They do not think about kids! Do not consider about fair environment for kids and parents all they think about is MONEY. Do not recommend this facility to any kids or parents looking for pleasant swimming experience!

Thank you to the team at Swimworld for not only making swimming an enjoyable activity for our children, but also for being supportive and flexible whenever we have needed. It was amazing to see our babies change from hating water on their faces to happily (and safely!) jumping into the pool. The staff have always been friendly and patient - thank you!

SwimWorld is a fantastic place to take our kids for professional swimming sessions. They have advanced very quickly with the assistance of hard working and professional teachers. Staff are very professional and friendly too.

We recommend you to take your kids until they fully graduate from the this fabulous swimming centre.

The pool is warm all year, and my girl enjoys their sessions very much. Thank for introducing my girl to swimming.

SwimWorld has changed. The staff has become unbelievable rude towards the customer for the mistakes that was made by them. Also it has become so difficult to book makeup classes for kids, and they have created so many new rules about it. Very dissappointement. After using the service for three years, I will stop coming to this facility after this term.

Great swim school with great staff and teachers.

My 4 year old has been attending since 4 months old and my 6 month old has just started.

The teachers have always been patient and great with the kids.

Cafe is spot on. Try the chocolate brownies if you can.i'm more excited about the after class snack then the kids are.
