Swimwear Galore

Instead of one star, if there was a possibility to rate 0 stars I would do.
Visited today. Out of 3 staff that I tried to get assistance from, asking to help me out, one just point out “have a look there”
The second personal said “I’m not sure have a look here”
The third employee said “I’m not sure, but try this”
I was specific about what I wanted but it looked like no one knew any of the ranges or brands they’ve got. Only young ladies work as an assistant there, which don’t have the experience and won’t help with the choice, leave alone help with the right fit. Very disappointed.

The range of swimwear is phenomenal. Customer service, non existent - especially when I had booked a private styling appointment and spent over $800 in store. The sales assistants need to be taught some passion and enthusiasm for their product and offering.

Although I think it's abit pricey, this shop is worth a visit for anything to do with swimwear,
Bathers for all shapes and sizes, sarongs, shorts hats, shirts ect. The sales lady was very patient and helpful.

The store had a great range of swim wear and I found exactly what I was looking for after a long search. I had zero help from the staff who were more focused on each other. I felt like I was interrupting their catch up by asking a question, and I was quickly dismissed with a ‘that’s all we have’.
Very disappointed with the floor staff, though the cashier was lovely and friendly.

Came here after a not so nice experience elsewhere. Staff acknowledge you on entry, but don't hover around. Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Had the most fabulous experience at mornington store.staff so lovely & helpful … found the perfect swimsuit & accessories thanks to everyone for their help… excellent service … very hard thing to find these days! Buying swimwear can be a very daunting experience but the staff made it very pleasant… highly recommend swimwear galore mornington xx

NEVER GET A JOB HERE.this company doesn’t even deserve one star.the most unprofessional and disgusting business.i was treated poorly when employed with them and falsely advertised the hourly rate.they also didn’t pay me for 6 weeks and said it was my fault.have reported them to fair work and myself, family and everyone I know will never step foot into any of these stores again.

Amazing customer service staff.
I walked in feeling like I was going to fail finding something to fit my post partum and post covid lockdown body, and they managed to help me find something that makes me feel amazing!

Swim Galore mornington is great so you can get your summer items all year round it is another great store in mornington and the latest buy now pay later makes shopping so easy people who carnt get credit cards can now get zip pay. Afterpay and openpay this is the best thing that's happening in Australia about time us batlers got some luck thank you

I have not been to this shop for At least 2 years the last time was great customer service this time Sunday 27 March both girls were on the phone pretty much the whole time and it was obvious they were private phone calls we were not asked once if we wanted help or even acknowledged actually There was a man in the store buying bathers for his young daughter and obviously needed some assistance unfortunately he got none honestly these girls should not be in customer service and I never write reviews they honestly were not helping any customer at all so bad

This place has disgusting customer service. Just because someone has a cough does not mean they have covid!

Extremely disappointed with how I was treated for poking my head out of the change room without my mask on accidentally by one of the shop assistants. It was also made quite evident that she was not really interested in assisting me. I never write reviews as it’s not often that I feel so strongly about things. However after travelling 1hr to visit your store and having purchased from you previously, I can honestly say we will not be back. Very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting in how my partner was treated for not wearing a mask and having an exemption. Staff should be ashamed of themselves

Went his morning to buy bathers for physio. A lady infront of me had a problem using the covid scanner as it was in very hard spot to reach behind a merchandising ladder. The young girl seemed totally confus3d as to how to fix the problem. I suggested, maybe move it to the other side so its right infront of you with easy access. The other lady suggested we just use another one. There was only the one. Nobody was even making sure people were scanning in. I left. If theyre this lax with peoples health during a pandemic, ill shop elsewhere.

Great place to shop. I always buy my havaians thongs here. Disappointed though they don't have a variety of products for men.

Rude surly, staff to busy to serve customers bad attitudes. They should remember that the customers pay there wages. Matilda needs to be trained in sales and customer service as I won't return because of the bad service and attitude

Front desk sales girl was less then impressed I wanted to make a purchase, she was rude unfriendly & seemed annoyed to be working. If I didn’t have to buy the Christmas presents I would have left the shop straight away. I won’t be back there again
