Went in today. See now it cut me off after 20 letters.to buy skirt bathes she showed a small section but they where all in one I said I meant two pieces for undressing
and she walked away.

So many choices for women’s one piece but can get quite busy on weekends. Staff still helpful when it’s busy

Had a wonderful experience purchasing bathers today with Paulina honestly like most women - I detest buying bathers. Paulina was determined to help me find the perfect pair and did not stop until we did! Her expertise and willingness to listen to my needs was priceless. What an asset she is. I had a fantastic experience at this store. I booked a 1 hour Styling Session online. When I arrived Jan had already selected a couple of options for me to try on (bikini sets and one piece options). She was fantastic, gave her honest opinions and I would definitely recommend booking a Styling Session as it was well worth it. I bought 2 x one pieces for my holiday to Hawaii! Great service and a big thank you to the lovely Jan:)

Seriously where has customer service gone? I came in today to purchase some swimwear for my holiday. Looking around, and an old blonde bat came near me shuffling bathers around but doesn’t acknowledge me. I kept looking, then came up to a younger girl who semi helped with a question about 1 I was looking for. I then kept looking. Tried on a few pairs. Not one person (3 staff memebers in total) came over to the change room to offer help (which I needed a different size) when I came out, there were 2 young girls just talking to each other and playing on their phones. Seriously, what is going on in the whole. Don’t shop there. I get better service at Kmart! Lol

Hmm was contemplating going into the store today. But after reading the reviews I think I will save myself the trip. Had to give a one star otherwise could not had written anything. Thank God for the reveiws, you saved me a trip

Easy find, so many sizes to chose from. Left very happy and confident in my purchases:) highly recommend visiting the shop if you’re in Geelong.

Completely ignored by staff, mens swim trunks were limited and sizes were not in correct order, then had to wait for service after making choice, will buy online next time.

Customer service is non existent. Very frustrating to have to get redressed just to ask someone to assist you. When I did approach a salesperson, she looked at me like I was disturbing her. Not short staffed, 3 girls doing other things just not serving customers.
I would have purchased an expensive pair of bathers today if I had some service, instead I walked out and left them all hanging in the change room.

Fabulous range and great staff who really know their stock and what swimsuit best suits the client.

Very disappointed with exchange policy on sale items. Have just tried to exchange a sale item because of wrong size in a sun dress but was advised that I am not allowed. I was not looking for a refund just an exchange. Apparently it is company policy but seems completely unreasonable to me. Probably would have spent more money on another item thereby adding to their profit but not now. Feels like their policy should be updated to be more customer centric to turn me into a ‘return’ customer

Shop had a huge range of bathers. I find bathing shopping very challenging. Staff were very helpful.
Change rooms were a little small.

The ladies in the Geelong store were so helpful. I was very overwhelmed when I first went in, but Deb asked me exactly what style of swimwear I was after, confirmed my size, helped choose a few different items, and checked the fitting of each one. I was in and out in half an hour. Very happy with my purchase. Love this store.
