Jason was very thorough and very patient with his advice - particularly given I was a first time customer, with little experience, a pool in awful condition, a party of people due to come by tomorrow afternoon for a swim and a bucket load of desperate questions. Good service but staff can be pushy when it comes to selling you chemicals etc. You can buy most of the products cheaper at Bunnings or some major supermarkets.

Appreciate the service by Rob & other staff of Swimart at Station Street Malvern. They suggested constructive diagnose & solution on our issues. Fantastic customer service!

Always honest! As I tried the same water sample with a different shop. Beware of other shops they rip you off for unnecessary chemicals. Always use different shops in order to double check

Swimart Malvern, services my pool an a regular basis and does a fantastic job. Any issues that pop up that need fixing are promptly attended to. Would highly recommend.

Really appreciated Garry laughing with other staff members about my ignorance when I was leaving would recommend highly avoiding this store like the plague they may know their stuff but if customers heard the way the staff speak about them behind their back they would be shocked and appalled. Go somewhere else.
