Very poor service, rude owner, time after time disappointed, only interested in ripping you off

After being disappointed with other pool cleaning companies not returning phone calls, I am so happy to have found Swimart Glen Waverley. Austin and Stuart are amazing and have helped bring my green pool back to life. Highly recommend their services to anyone who has a pool. Great job Lads!

I recently went to swimmart to start getting the new pool ready for summer.the customer service was great and they gave me some great advise as well.

I don't know how this business was nominated for franchise of the year. What a joke. This company costs me thousands in shody work, they refused to make good. I wouldn't touch them to even buy pool chemicals. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't ever make the mistake of paying them as you will never see them again. Disgusting company and should be made to close down before they rip off any more customers.

Would definitely NOT recommend this place for repair or paint work on your pool. After paying and extra $900 on top of our original quote for extra prepping of our pool all the paint work blistered as a result of bad prep work (as detailed by other pool companies) After agreeing to re do the pool Jonothan has now said he cannot guarantee his work and offered us a measly $2000 refund out of the $6400 we paid. Terrible.

Really knowledgeable guys, helpful and explained things clear and precise. Not looking to sell you things you don’t need. Just being helpful. Would recommend.

Very helpful, help us to repair a spa pump. Reference us to pumpco which has the part for the Onga pump for the repair. No charge to us but help us to repair the unit instead of replacing the unit. We are very grateful for the help and more happy that there are still honest and helpful people.

Do not trust this store. I delivered my HEYWARD swimming pool pump to SWIMART for inspection regarding an electric issue. Come back with suggestions buy a new one $1300 instead repair it. And SWIMART sent the pump to Bill Jones without notification or permission from me.pump given back to me was totally in bits and pieces and some parts were obviously missing (eg. Motor top lid, fan). I requested Bill Jones to resemble the pump to its original status as it was, but Bill Jones refused and said he got nothing to do with me as I did not send the pump to him directly.
I contacted SWIMART immediately and several times afterwards to request to resemble my pump to its original status but no reply from them.
That HEYWARD pump is now totally useless with missing parts and I had to purchase a new pump costing $850 from another supplier. Furthermore, the electric issue turned out to be due to the cable problem rather than the pump issues. So my HEYWARD pump was actually working and no faults at all.
I will report this to consumer affairs. Please do the same to allow consumer affairs to step in. We should protect ourselves and stop dodgy trades.

Swimart installed an aquatic box for me in a very difficult spot - it was a tricky job and they could not have been more helpful.they call back, keep you informed and provide a very high level of service.thanks Jonathon and Alan!

Authentic and great customer support, really felt like they had my interests at heart. Will be going back to Jono and the team for all my pool needs. Thanks guys
