Swim 4 All

After trying unsuccessfully for an appropriate swim school, swim4all came highly recommended. My daughter has now been attending for a few months and has made incredible progress in her abilities, the teachers are so attentive, we couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend.

My son has been swimming here for many years. Without fail all of his swim teachers have been amazing, and my son can at times be very challenging. We have found Natalie to have a lot of empathy, and my view is that she runs a very professional program. My son really loves his swimming lessons.

If I could give this place no stars I would, because that is what the owner Natalie deserves. Honestly, she is beyond rude and not equipped to deal with kids who have special needs. Basic understanding of these children she lacks.
The policies around make up lessons are ludicrous, and there is literally no chance to make them up! So don’t dare miss a lesson (even if you give advanced notice) because you will be charged for it and then need to make up a lesson that you will never be able to do. Oh, and the same applies for school holidays.
On a more positive note, Linda my son’s swim teacher was an absolute delight (though I believe she was finishing up when we left). It’s a pity the owner was so horrible, as I’m sure some of the other teachers are great too.
Avoid this place! If your child has special needs they deserve to swim at a school that is willing to acknowledge and understand them at the most basic level. So disappointing.

Stay away at all cost. Shocking service, I don't understand how this place deals with special needs kids. The owner is rude and condescending.

Two years ago was incredibly rude about my special needs child on the phone to me. Fast track to today and still rude rude rude. Offered my child a specific time of class, I said we'd be there, they gave the class away without talking to me. Then just rude rude rude about it.
