Sweet Paeds Therapy

My experience has been that Sweet Peads Pakenham takes advantage of NDIS participants, without being sn NDIS registered company themselves.
The occupational therapy delivered was not functional, just very expensive play sessions that did not incorporate functionality or work on goals.
Sweet Peads had no interest in knowing why we were not continuing therapy.
I do not recommend

Highly recommend Sweet Paeds, especially Rachael. My son loves coming for his sessions and it’s due to Rachael’s kindness and fun attitude, and also the friendly faces from all staff there.

Sweet Peads is a beautiful place! From the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed being greeted by Hayley on reception so down to earth and friendly!

My son sees Rachael and we have never felt so supported. The care and compassion shown not only to my son but to me as well has been amazing.

The support Rachael has provided in his sessions, via phone calls and implementing strategies within his school environment have been so beneficial. Just knowing your not alone and Sweet Peads wants the best for your child as well speaks volumes. X

Great clinic with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Facilities are well set up with a variety of rooms to offer different experiences for children. Definitely recommend this clinic

Caitlin and the team at Sweet Paeds are very lovely and welcoming, we have just started seeing an OT for my LO and keen to see what we can work towards achieving. Baby loves the environment and is stress free learning and playing.

Would Highly Recommend Sweet Paeds Therapy, we had our first appointment today with OT Caitlin and my daughter absolutely love it. She felt comfortable and safe from the beginning. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful from the minute you walk in. Looking forward to going on this journey and watching our little girl flourish

Two of my children have been coming to this therapy service for close to 2 years now. All of the staff, whether be reception, therapist or director are amazing. They are inviting, friendly, amazing with this kids and just as amazing supporting the parents.

Sweet Paeds have provided an amazing service for our son. With their help, we have been able to identify triggers and put supports in place so that he is able to cope and is having less meltdowns. Thank you team, we couldn't have done it without you.

Sweet Paeds therapy are great. The reception team and our therapist Mikaela are always friendly, polite, organised & punctual. My daughter loves coming to her therapy sessions & had made significant improvements in the year she has been attending.

Sweet Paeds are an integral part of my child’s development. I couldn’t recommend them higher. All staff are amazing, communication is open and honest. Reports are always done on time for NDIS. Appointments are regular and we get called for cancellations when possible. Highly recommend.
