Fantastic place, everything is sweet and tasty. Lebanese sweets, cake, ice cream, coffee, everything.fresh and mouth watering. People with diabetes shouls stay away!
Today on Eid, I went to this store to buy Baklava as gifts to family and friends, I am very sad to express my disappointed to the service provided which didn't meet my expectation at all. *1 the store was in total chaos & the ticket stand was I taller than me which I didn't even know that we had to get tickets to wait for our numbers to be called. *2 No price list or menu available for costumers to see what to order. 3* poor staff service the girl who served me just dumped the sorted bakla on the trays and wrapped it up as gifts. "I am like OMG is this what I will be giving as gifts" what a disgrace! 4* I also ordered 'Tulumba ' which tasted disgustingly dry and over cooked. Please you don't know how to make it, don't serve it! Please improve your quality and service.

Unsatisfied as on of workers lied to me saying no more cakes except what's on display. 5 minutes later, she brought 2 more cakes from inside store! Thanks for honesty!

Was given a gift plate of baklava from a family friend from this place. I go past this place often and I used to basically scoff at it. Didn't think a decent cafe could open up here in the north but I have been pleasantly surprised. The baklava was fresh, and smelled buttery. It looked amazing to, the nuts and pastry. The texture though is what got me. Not overly saccharine as baklava usually is. They go easy on the syrup so the pasrty retains a crispness and lightness, rather than feeling like a heavy ball of sugary gloop. Outstanding flavour and I have been thinking about it for a couple days after eating it. Really has made an impression on me! Spectacular work guys! I hope your other desserts are on that level of artistry.
