Sweet India Clayton

Got a mixture of different items and it was so delicious! Very fresh and tasted just like back home! I’m so happy I found this place! The lady who served was so sweet and gave us pieces to try which was so kind!

Superb taste and value for money, very well made, this is a great eat out that’s very light on your pocket…

They have delicious Indian sweets, however, due to a festival, most of it was sold out and there were only a few options to choose from.

They don't have dining/seating so they don't serve fresh snacks like chhole bhatire, chat papdi, tikki etc.

A sweet shop recently opened in Clayton with recent experience from west side of Melbourne. I did travel to other side of the city just to taste its food. Very progressive and yummy item with very reasonable price. Indian people from South East will enjoy for sure. Shop size is small so take away is better in my opinion.

Bought jalebi's today. Was very good. Well done team. A suggestion for your consideration, if you cut the sugar by 10-15% and introduce a reduced sugar variant, i think it will sell as a hot commodity.

I ordered the samosas here and I absolutely recommend them! Much better quality than the samosas in India.

Was craving for some Indian sweets and went to this shop in Clayton! The staff was super friendly and gave many options to try as we were not that familiar with Indian sweets. Trust me everything was so good, we had to buy most of them. There were hot Jalebis (I think I said it right:) straight out of stove and they were absolutely delicious. The samosas were good too. My favourite was the Jalebi.

I wanted to let you know that I recently visited Sweet India Clayton and had a great experience. The shop has a wide variety of mouthwatering sweets and snacks, and I'll definitely be coming back again soon.

Everything is super amazing except for Dhokla as it tasted bad, stale and crumbled into pieces as if it was made long ago. Other that that, as I said, everything else is great

Absolutely loved the Samosas at Sweet India! The Kaju Katli was pure indulgence, and the Rasgulla was heavenly. Don't miss the Dhokla and other sweets it's a delightful surprise. A true haven for authentic Indian treats!

I had a delightful experience at this Indian sweet shop! The Rabdi and Jalebi were incredibly delicious, and the milk cake was also a treat for the taste buds. They offer a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something for every sweet tooth. Highly recommended!
