Worst customer service I have encountered. We are from Hobart and were visiting Melbourne and went into their retail store. We took a bracelet in that was purchased 3 months ago. Some of the crystals had already fallen out. The identical bracelet was in the display cabinet. We were told that there was nothing they could do, but for them to even try we needed to supply the box it came in. No service, no care and no product guarantee.

Just bought a bracelet from this outlet recently. I have to give compliment to one of the staff name Regina (I am sorry if I didnt get your name right). She was a nice and friendly sales assistant. She greeted me with a smile right after I entered the shop although I was only browsing at the beginning.

Then, I decided to buy the bracelet and she assisted me throughout the process. Although it was nearly closing time for them, she assisted me patiently until the purchasing is done. I understand at this time definitely most of the sales assistants were all tired espc during the weekend. But, she did her job very well with good attitude towards the customer service.

Staff member busy chatting (staff with head covered) with couple of customers. It appears they are speaking in their native language. Not much buying and looking at items, more of talking and laughing. And we are just waiting there to be served. Highly unprofessional.
