Better than most other Swarovski shops I visited. The team is helpful and have good collections.

I've always had the worst experience in this shop but I was blown away from the service from Ezgi. I went into the store with my friend to buy a present and I told her let's be quick, I always feel uncomfortable in that store. But tonight I had a completely different experience with the service! I cannot thank Ezgi enough for her warm and happy attitude. She was so helpful and couldn't be happier with the service.

I was in the Swarovski Northland store today at about 2.15pm. I was the only customer in the store. I waited for the two sales staff to finish their critique of one of their previous customers so I could be served. I waited approximately 20 minutes and they completely ignored me.
I wanted to buy a gift for a friend. I left the store without purchasing. I will not be returning.

Wanted to thank the team at Northlands (Jelan and Nick) for going out of their way to locate a bracelet in the city store and then to arrange it to be sent out. Swarovski don't normally arrange for transfers between stores but under the current environment, they went above and beyond to get the product to Northlands and they kept me informed the whole process. (By the way the recipient loved it!). Thank you both, for making it happen - really appreciate it!

Genuinely trash customer service. If you don’t “look rich” then you’ll get ignored or, even better, snickered at. Lost an entire bridal party’s worth of jewellery today. $$$
