I love how employee took a quick scan from your head to toes to see if you are worthy enough. Then she rolled her eyes. Terrible services.

It is a delight to shop at Swarovski Emporium. I am always greeted with a smile and offers of assistance - which is helpful when I'm stuck with what to buy for gifts! It is always my first place destination to buy gifts, and I often send my partner there with a list of what gifts to buy me too! Thank you to the staff for always patiently and warmly serving me. Keep it up!

Just visited the store and one of the staff is very rude to me. I want to try the set of ring. But they only have the smallest size. I said I want to try them but the staff feels annoying about me and didn’t feel like to take that set for me to try on. She put the tray so hard on the table show her uncomfortable attiude. Just walk out and never comeback.

The staff are so lovely. They helped me find a beautiful gift for my mothers birthday and were kind enough to hold it for a while.

Loved it. Very nice staff. Loved every second thing I would see. It was difficult to choose just one set of jewellery as there were so many amazing options.

Had a worst service from the sales lady (white person) in this shop. She should know the good customer service as well have patient from the customer it’s okey if the shop is busy would understand!
Maybe that’s why No customer due to the service bad.

The manger should also need to have action plan or handle the situation when the customer when upset. She should (Manager) be with the customer feeling!
Before she reacted. She should know what’s the reason from the customer and analysis the situation. Not to blame the customer!

Definitely ask for Jenny (assistant manager). Had great experiences with her customer service; always willing to go above and beyond! Would definitely return to the store for her service.

I was there 30 mins before the shop closed, deciding what to get. When I decided what I wanted to buy I was told I had to come another time as the register was closed. A warning before the tills shut would have been appreciated. I now have to return. This is not good customer service.

We walked in on a quiet Monday evening. There was only 2 people on the floor and 1 customer. Me and my partner walked around the shop for a bit looking for something. The staff never grated us or asked if we were looking something special, after being on the shop for 5 minutes, a group of friends (Chinese) walked in and the staff rushed to help them. We inmediatly left the store. I don't think this is the appropriate behaviour of the store staff as everyone should deserve the same experience. Never again as the staff is only interested in selling products to a wider market (Chinese)

Not happy with service from asian girl.wouldnt stop talking to her friend. Than did not know how to do part payment as we were purchasing the gift by my daughter and I. My daughter had to end up paying as i was digusted and walked out.

Nice and tidy inside. All SA are polite and willing to help. Huge range of products, too. Love the store!

Excellent Customer Service, went in unsure of what I was going to buy for my bestie and Christine helped me find the perfect gift that is going to truly mean alot to my friend. Very friendly and excellent customer service, definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for that gift for someone really special to them!:)

Very disappointed. I spent my lunch break looking for a gift, only to get to the register & have a smaller item than displayed/sold to me brought out. & told this was the item I would get & the one I chose was only available as a set! Advice I received was pretty much "too bad" followed by blaming the christmas casuals for the error.incredibly unprofessional & a complete waste of time!
