NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. They care more about their packaging being returned in its original condition than their jewellery.
I bought a ring yesterday and decided to return it today as it scratched my finger. I took it back in the ring box they provided.
I was told that because i had removed the ring box from is packaging, that they would not accept the ring back because they could not resell it?
I left in disgust, leaving the ring behind.
Now they can resell the ring and buy more ring boxes, as they are more important to them than the jewellery they sell or their customers.

I ordered a tea set for my MIL online. Due to my short stay in Melbourne, I worried the delivery would take a long time. Amazingly, I was able to pick up my order the next day. The ladies are so friendly and welcoming. I ended up purchasing another ring and would recommend it to anyone who’s looking for something nice. Would be back:)

I love Swarovski, and out of all of them, this is by far my favourite location. The staff are all so helpful and the manager is absolutely wonderful. I always get such good advice when i go in the shop to have a look at the figurines. Always a smiling face and a great experience with the people here. This is one place well worth a visit.
