The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of great items at reduced prices. Unfortunately, as its an outlet, not always a great deal of variety.
Can get very busy on weekends.

Could not fault the delightful two young ladies who assisted me over the phone when I needed an urgent gift.they were patient and helpful and so friendly, I received my purchase the next day as promised. OMG! The epitome of customer service, thank you so much Ladies, I will go out of my way to shop with you again, could not be more grateful to you both.

Went in to have a look. Not alot of varied stock, still worthwhile a look as stock does change as i was told. Somethings are discounted. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Amazing. I was served by Renata and she was wonderful! She was patient, kind, helpful and had a great sense of humour. She helped me to choose the most beautiful presents for my friend and families.

I was served by Tara at The DFO Essendon store today. Tara was very friendly, professional offered good advice and provided a delightful shopping experience. Great store and friendly staff, highly recommend

I have been coming to those store since Dec 2020. This shop carries the biggest bargains and the staff members are never rude, judgmental and never look down on me for buying discounted gifts

These staff members are exceptional in their work ethics and I am so so so thankful for the countless times (I think I came in at least on 8-10 occasions!) that I bought cheap "red" price tag gifts for friends and family.

Excellent range of items and service. The lady that assisted me was actively recommending earrings for my wedding day and she put in soo much effort! I did find my perfect earrings for the special day and it suited perfectly with my dress.

Went in mistakenly thinking it was Lindt chocolate. Swallowed an entire crystal bracelet and died on the spot! Thankfully a girl there knew a resurrection incantation and immediately revived me and pointed me in the right direction. I've had a weird tattoo on my thigh ever since but it doesn't look bad!

Staff have always been lovely and helpful to me. Best to go during a weekday when they're less busy. On weekends you may have to wait some time before staff can attend to you, but they are still amazing despite being very busy
