I am not sure where to begin, this is my local store because of the service of couple of staff members (Uzma and Rene), I have been shopping here non stop.regardless of the past management service.one thing I have noticed that when you are purchasing from this store staff are super friendly and also because I am quick to buy and have been spending any amount on the Jewelery.but if go back and exchange because you don't like the item or you bought too many that you are not going use or refund you get treated like a you have done crime, no smile or basic customer service is offered. I have have spend thousands just in this store alone because I love the brand.but today I have had enough to be questioned about all the items I have ever purchased and exchanged, I had explain everything to the store manager why? What for, as I customer i shouldn't be made uncomfortable or embarrassed in front other staff or customers.it is unfair and unethical, if I buy something, I should be allowed to exchange it within the timeframe and if the items are in its original condition.if I have more exchanges, its commonsense i have bought much more items than others.i should not be accused of wrong doing or treated in such way to feel upset and uncomfortable.my whole day is ruined because of the manager's service.it is just not good enough, I was crying and felt really embraced to be spoken this way and answer questions like I have done a crime.please don't treat customers like this and be kind.people spend hours in your store and don't buy anything, are you going to ask them to leave or not come to the store anymore.at least I am spending thousand of dollars and you should be valuing my loyalty and provide a decent service. I have been coming to this store for years and the store managers in particularly have the worst customer service.when it should be the opposite to accept poor service from the rest of the staff or assistant manager.so glad this was my first time dealing with her and the last. Please don't blame the customer for behaviour, it's not their fault, when you are providing such service. I have been coming to this stores for years and both times its been the store manager that needed to be told to provide basic customer service.no issues from any other staff members.

I popped into store to choose the perfect for me gift. I was served by Lana who was simply amazing! She was patient and kind, very professional with great energy and came across very honest in her feedback (I was shopping alone needing that second girl opinion you know ‍️). Lana, I don’t know if you will ever see this, I just wanted to say once again THANK YOU for being so customer focused. I absolutely love my earrings!

A really bright store filled with a huge range of sparkling jewels perfect for any occasion from day to day wear, a wedding or on the catwalk with super friendly and helpful staff from the moment you are greeted with a smile at the door.

When using a gift card plus cash on purchasing, the staff takes all cash first and leaves the change in the gift card to force you to spend more money in Westfield.

The staff were so rude. Didn’t even get any type of greeting whatsoever. The staff were talking amongst themselves. The only nice staff member was Autum.

Good customer service, helping me to reserve the gift which I wanted to present to my mother in law. I’ve bought one online from Singapore but it delivered after a week. But until then the store helped me to purchase the item from the store and get a refund when my item which I bought from online delivered.

I came in a couple of weeks ago to buy a bracelet and was approached by a lovely girl named Sarah. She made sure all my needs were met and made sure i was satisfied with everything from the colour to the placement of the charms i added on. I couldn’t fault her service at all it felt like i was shopping with my best friend, which is what i look for going into a store. Will definitely be back again.

My husband went there yesterday for the first time to buy me a gift for our wedding anniversary and he said that the lady who served him was so polite and so helpful he was very impressed with the customer service at the Fountain Gate Swarovski store.
He said he would definitely go back for my future gifts?

Tonight I received some of the best service conceivable. As a male I don't always get appropriate service from females in stores as such especially if I don't walk in alongside my wife.
I went in looking for jewellery as a gift and was approached within a timely manner with the sales staff wanting to understand my needs.
With an extensive and experienced retail background, I couldn't fault her service with a wonderful interpersonal manner yet professional and knowledge of Swarovski stock. Determining my needs the staff member kindly suggested a shortist of items to which I happily purchased.

Sarah is a huge asset to this store and the company alike. Her warm interpersonal persona, had my wife and I happily walk out with our purchases feeling elated by Sarah's service. Well done Sarah, you're a
genuine superstar!

My girlfriend and I visited the store for the first time this passed weekend, she was looking to find something new as we have a few events coming up in the next month. Sarah was the team member who was helping us, and we were blown away by her kind nature and politeness.

My girlfriend is quite picky but Sarah made her feel very comfortable and put no pressure on her to make a purchase. It’s a shame there aren’t more people like her in this industry. I highly recommend this store and we will definitely be returning in the future.

This is the Fountain Gate Store in Narre Warren. I frequent this store with my wife from time to time. Never ever have we had a bad experience at this store. All of the ladies that work there are always pleasant and are genuinely interested in all of their customers interests, hobbies and way of life.
If I ever just wanted to go out for some pleasant conversation without actually making a purchase, or being pressured into making a purchase, then I would just walk into store with a coffee and strike up some general conversation with these ladies.

Received a pair of earrings from my sister for Christmas, and a bit less than a year later, the gems started coming off. I called to see if there was a warranty and was told to bring them in with the receipt. I explained that they were a gift, and I didn't have the receipt, and was told that if I had the original packaging, I could just bring that. So I took the earrings in their original box, with the bar code still on it, down to the store. When I got there, they looked up the bar code and told me the earrings had been discontinued and so they couldn't exchange them, they could just give me back what the earrings had been clearanced out to, and then I would have to either take that amount on a gift card or apply it to a new item. Unfortunately, what they were clearanced to was less than half of what my sister paid for them, and $20 short of the cheapest item in the store. So I eventually chose another pair of earrings, and paid an additional $20 for the privilege. We'll see how these hold up.
