10Monica and Dama were so pleasant and helpful. My watch needed links added and the gifts were patient as I changed my mind on the number of links that was needed but nothing was too much trouble. I bought a bracelet too and throughout the whole experience the girls made me feel super special. The girls were very knowledgeable about the products and releases and ranges and the new branding. I m so disappointed today with swarovski i went there for exchange my earnings which is not comfortable. They got very rude and bad staff they talk to me very rudely and miss behave with me.
They treat you so well here! Everything is expensive but what else can you expect for fine crystals
This is my fav brand to shop for, but unfortunately at this store, the staff member in this store was trying to sell us a necklace with a pendant that didn't sit right when wearing it, the staff member (male) tried to say that was how it was meant to be, load of crock as it shouldn't be on the shelf because it had a defect & it kept turning so you only saw the back of the pendant& not the front of it!
Store is also quite small

Swarovski has moved store location from being next to David Jones to near Pandora level 2 at Southland. The new store looks amazing with lots of glitz and glam.
I was just window shopping to see what they have. Apparently they have beautiful jewelry for Christmas. You need to see for yourself to know what I mean.
