5Eastland is my favorite Swarovski. The staff are so fabulous always and really elevate the brand, the store layout is welcoming, not boxy like some of the other stores like Emporium & Chaddy.
The Asian store manager at the Ringwood store lacks professionalism and patience, and has very limited knowledge about their products. She is certainly not suited for this role.
I was served by Mashaba today at Eastland. Very impressed with her service. She was very patient with a smile on her face. Will definitely come back and recommend friends to this shop!
