Many thanks to Dr. Shikha ji for everything. My parents are here for a visit and have undergone treatment.
My dad was told to undergo a Knee Surgery overseas, when consulted Shikha ji she started Janu Basti treatment to reduce the inflammation on knees. Treatment went very well and surprisingly my dad doesn't need any surgery now. Right time right choice.

I had a good experience with their customer service and treating me respectfully however I am not much impressed with their Ayurvedic Facial. I have done Ayurvedic facial before so I can certainly make a difference, also I have an understanding that it is an oil based facial. Probably they need a proper training in this area as their hand on my face was not giving any professional feel and they need to know the pressure areas, massaging techniques and making a person fully relaxed (Facial is a skill not just scrubbing slow or fast).
It was overly priced based on the level of facial I have received.

Dr Shikha and her staff takes care of every little detail mentioned to them. They give you the medications and treat you according to body type and the deep inner problems your body is suffering. Highly highly recommended Dr Shikha.

The overall experience is highly impeccable. Starting from the consultation, Dr. Shikha is so amazing in her profession like she really diagnosed me and what was my problem by just checking my pulse. Then if I talk about the therapies, it all started with a warm soothing glass of water which relaxed me. Then she accompanied me into the therapy room where the music and the fragrance was so nice that I started feeling so well. I was nervous upon my first therapy but Dr.made me very comfortable that I almost forget that it actually was a treatment. The post therapy steam was the cherry on the cake because it made me feel like so calm. I also had the shirodhara which is the best treatment I think because it faded all my anxiety just after one time. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GIVE SHIRODHARA A TRY BECAUSE I THINK IT IS THE MUCH NEEDED THING AFTER THIS HUGE STRESSFUL PANDEMIC LOCKDOWNS!
In short be the hygiene or the service or the wellness you can get all of them at one place! Really worth it

I had migraine from long time in and out and someone suggested me Dr Shikha Sehgal and i’ve been there and she gave me a nasya or nose therapy.i dont about how she did that magic but seriously my nose is opened and I feel so relaxed now, like in just one therapy. I would specifically like to mention the herbal smoke she gave me at the end of the therapy because that was the best part. The ambience of the clinic and the music calmed my mind a lot.overall everything was amazing and spectacular! Also it was hygienic which is the most important thing everyone notices.
