Great old fashioned service. I went in with a problem that several of the staff helped me get a good outcome that couldn't have been achieved without their collective knowledge
Did some renovations to two of our bathrooms and after spending many weekends looking for toilets, shower screens, taps and accessories we finally ended up at swan just around the bend from us.
We met LUKE BRITTAIN who spent a lot of time advising us and sourcing all the products we had chosen on line. Luke as an amazing customer service ethic and gives you the confidence that the best price will be matched or beaten and so he did. He was very helpful with all our enquires and very patient & accomodating with the many changes we made along the way.
We would definitely recommend Swan plumbing Carrum downs for you bathroom renovations. And Our five stars are for the customer service we received from LUKE. It is also amazing that we were able to buy from an Australian company and keep our jobs in Australia and with such competitive prices which LUKE made possible.
