7Very disappointed at no free camp sites available in or around town. Will now stay back along the river in Nyah and spend our money there. Surely you can do better and keep up with the RV friendly towns all around Australia. There is a warm glow from us caravaners when we see that sign and actually see how it translates in the town.
The person on the counter was able to tell me where my partner could get some map books which are no longer in print.
Nice place with lots of info. Unfortunately didn't have the info I was looking for, but made a real effort to point me in the right direction.
If in Swan Hill it is a must stop at. Staff will always help out and they know where to eat.
After visiting the giant murray cod, it's worthwhile paying a visit to this tourist information centre in swan hill (which is located only a minute from the giant murray cod). There's lots to look at and gain information about local tourism, history etc.
