Ladies at reception very patient and helpful. Bistro area a bit dull and confined. Better sitting outside. Food so so. Had fish and chips - fish below average and oil dirty.

Shocking ordered 6 meals.checked after 40 minutes told that's normal.ended up oder was lost on their computer ha.waited another 30+

We came here 3x during our trip (so that speaks something for itself). I tried the Chicken Schnitzel, Porterhouse steak, and the burger. Overall, food wasn't the best I've had but it was good value and I have no major complaints. The burger was pretty small, which was a bit disappointing for the price you pay. Nevertheless, it was very tasty.

The gaming room was fun, and there's a nice stage area for the kids to dance on. It would be nice if they had more high chairs though.

Beer range was Aussie country standard, but it would be have been nice to have at least one hoppier option (e.g, an Aussie Pale Ale) or other local brew.

What a ripper place. Friendly staff, great menu and wonderful prices. You can't go past this place if in Swan Hill. Try the Chicken Burger, it's a winner!

Spent New Year's Eve In Swan Hill and had lunch here with my partner for the first time and the food was delicious and the service was great too. 5 stars for the Ceasar Salad. Will be back again.

Fantastic service, delicious meals, family friendly, we loved it and will definitely be going back before we finish our holiday!

Quick lunch while in town for a short visit.

Friendly and helpful staff; all with a smile. Comfortable and clean bistro; nice lunch menu - had the steak sandwich which was tasty and quite substantial with a delicious side of fries. Comfort cooking which is nice to find sometimes.

Took over an hour to get fed. Drinks were served early and never were offered water or an explanation for why in a barely busy club our food took forever to be delivered. Will not ne visiting this place again. Chips were limp as if they had been waiting for sometime for the rest of the meal. Not impressed.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, covid cleaning is impeccable, and its a great atmosphere.
Gaming room is very modern and great variety of machines. I love the beer garden especially

We visited the club last week and ordered Hot Rock scotch steak, we were told they did not have any scotch, we said porterhouse was fine, she came back and said that there was only the eye fillet which was available and a lot more expensive, We went for the eye fillet hot rock steak, then not long after the table next to us had porterhouse steak arrive, they came in and ordered after us. It was obvious that they just wanted us to pay the extra for the eye fillet, I know times are tough with Covid 19 but it is not right to give your customers false information. The meal and staff were good, but feel really ripped off and annoyed, this is not the right way to treat your customers.

We had great meals at this Club. The staff were very friendly, chatty and informative. The meals on both nights were great. The venue was very clean and tidy, we enjoyed our experience out in the Alfresco/Beer Garden. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling up this way, it is very reasonably priced. And of course they all acknowledged the Covid-19 Restrictions.

My parents attended this place tonight. They are on holidays. They were treated extremely poorly by one of the young female staff with blonde peroxide hair. What an appalling display of customer service you should be ashamed of yourself. Would not recommend as these staff seem to have the opinion they are above other Victorians. Shame on you. Good luck when this whole Covid-19 situation is over and you are begging for visitors to return to drive revenue in your business, because if you continue to allow your team to Alienate others no one will want to go near the place. Would not recommend.

Was in town this weekend for a visit with my family and was so happy with our experience. Food was amazing and staff all super friendly. Can't wait to come back.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience! Very slow service with the waiter abrupt & quite matter of fact. Incorrect order served. Food was just warm not hot. We were offered a free dessert - waited at least 45 minutes- was told they forgot.

Had a few nice cold beers followed by a lovely meal in the bistro. Staff were friendly and the meal was very nice. Great spot to visit when you come to Swan Hill.

Staff were really rude and aggressive. They didn’t even try to communicate the problem and went to physicality instead.

Had a night out on Friday, tea was good, beer cold, staff friendly, would have loved to win the members draw, but didn't happen. Band was great had the punters on their feet, will be back

Waited for over half an hour to order our meal in a queu which was never ending. Then when i was finally served there wasnt even an apology for the wait! Why bother putting on a slow waitress when its this busy!? Meals were good and reasonably priced.

Good food and service. Even looked after me when I bought the wrong wine and got into trouble with the wife. Happily exchanged it and refunded the price difference.

Great meals nice beer garden.just needs better service in gaming room, waiting time for change, drinks is way to long not enough staff to manage both areas in busy times but a nice club
