I am a therapist supporting one of the child at Swan Childcare and I can say it is one of the best centre out there
Amazing hardworking staff members who are always willing to help and support each child based on their interest and needs
Centre is set up amazingly from the foyer to each rooms showcasing and respecting children’s masterpieces and inclusiveness towards its community.

We have two boys who eagerly anticipate their daycare visits each morning, albeit the early wake-up calls! We adore this childcare facility - the educators are incredibly warm and friendly, and it's evident they genuinely care for every child. The center maintains exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and ample space, creating a wonderful environment for the children.

My daughter had attend for almost 4months and the experience hadn't been the greatest. The educators however have been amazing through the process and transitioning into kinder.

The director has shown unprofessionalisum, lack of integrity and doesn't communicate well, nor respond to emails. The best thing I have done is taken my daughter out as she became withdrawn and would often become upset in her care. It is sad to see such unpleasant manner and behavior coming from someone directing and being the face of the organization. I hope changes are made for the better.

We did a few tours in the area and Swan was the most clean, genuine and realistic. After only a few months our child loves it so much and looks forward to it everyday. The educators go above and beyond for the children, they understand each and everyone of them and will always ensure they eat otherwise they will call you. It is such a loving environment where kids learn to love, trust and from there develop personally. Cannot speak highly enough of everyone here!

Both my daughters attend this day care and will continue to until they are in primary, director/ educators are amazing and my kids love them all so much, I’ve never had this experience with the previous day care they attended to.
And my kids have developed so much skills from here as-well big thanks to the educators / director having all the patience. Would 100% recommend this to any and every parents

My kids came here when they were young. Recently they asked me to take them back for a visit because they missed the place so much. A big thank you to Deng and all the carers for treating the kids like family all this time. Highly recommend childcare!

Very happy with Swan Childcare. They look after each kid and paying attention individually to all their needs.
A lot of attention to kids development, great playground, a lot of care. I love the routine they have during a day like dancing, playing, crafting etc.
Also they got a very good food menu for kids lunch, everyday super fresh and everyday different. I love the environment-always friendly, happy, smiling.
I want to mention Daeng, Lily, Phuong, Gumit and Aurora and thanks them for their daily job! People who work there is a people who really loves kids.

I would highly recommend Swan Childcare because of their very friendly staff with a safe and great environment for the kids.

Last year, I had searched all the Childcare Centers around my area and came for their Open Days but no one could satisfy me until I found the Swan. They were pretty new, hygiene, well facilitated and friendly environment. As a parent, I would like my daughter to be taken care of with love and knowledge. I love the way that the Educators taught my child how to share with other kids. Good point is they got Kinder too.

My son has been attending the childcare since 1 years of age and I can’t speak enough about their service and professionalism when it comes to young children. I now have my second attending and I do feel confident and comfortable leaving her in their hands. The centre has supported us through our tough times and my review is based on great 5 star service we have been receiving since day one.

I strongly recommend Swan Childcare Derrimut to any parents that intend to let your children to attend this school. The teachers are truly flexible, responsible and professional and they create variety of tasks to improve learning skills for children. If your child has any issue, the school will immediately discuss it with you and suggest how to improve or overcome it together. My daughter has been with this school more than 3 years and she was happy everyday. She loves the teachers and remember all their names. Now she is confident to attend Primary School very soon.

My son has attend to Swan Centre since he's one year old. Staff are super friendly, reliable and professional. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my son at the centre when I'm at work. The educator will contact me if anything happen to my little one. They're very caring and thoughtful. Manager and Director at the centre are also friendly and approachable. Centre is always keep clean with creative toys, healthy food and drinks for the little one. Highly recommend for anyone whom are looking at childcare centre

Very friendly and caring staffs in the centre. My son enjoy the environment. The director are very understanding and accommodating to parents needs, really help us a lot. Not regretting to enrol my son to this childcare at all. Thank you to all the staffs.

It is so hard to find a good childcare that has availability AND doesn't cost a fortune!
Firstly, Swan's Director is such a lovely lady and always welcome you with maintaining an open-door policy as she's always available to talk at any time with parents about concerns or a child's progress.
Secondly, all the educators respect each child as a unique person, seeming to understand that each baby is different from the others, also they are very alert and ready to assist children with personal care routines.
The outdoor environment is inviting and secure, safe, easily accessible, with age-appropriate outdoor equipment.
Lastly, I must say they provide High Quality Care which makes Children Feel Safe and Secure.

Swan has been a lifeline for us. My 8 month old was refusing to settle down in childcare she initially went to. I just joined work and was struggling with work and Mum duties. It was time to change and then we discovered Swan. As soon as we entered for our first visit we had this great vibe. My mother’s instinct were kicking in and I was like ‘ this is it’. Our daughter started going there and on first day she was a different baby. She was not taking milk in earlier childcare and nor was sleeping. However on very first day she had her milk and she slept well. Since then she has been in Swan childcare and we have been in peace. God bless you guys and keep up the good work!
