Attended the Shepparton store today with my elderly mother, the manager took the time to come out of the store so that she could view the goods, we could not rate the service high enough, all staff were friendly and helpful, the manager went out of her way to help. Well Done Suzanne Grae we’ll definitely be back.

I recently purchased four items online and I wasn't sure how true their clothing was to size, so I went by the measurement chart. They seemed to be larger than normal, so out of the four only one fit me properly so my advice is to shop in store if possible. I'm hoping to exchange my purchase in my local store.
