I have been shopping at this particular store for years. The younger shop assistants are quite pleasant and helpful but the older ones are grumpy and quite aloof. Not a nice shopping experience. So, now I prefer to buy online. It's a much nicer experience and I can return even sale items if not suitable.
This store used to be one of my favorite stores a few years ago, used to purchase from this store all the time. However over the last few years they have changed greatly and they now cater for older Ladies, hence I only purchase from this store occasionally.
I bought a pair of Linen blend black pants. They are comfortable and cooler to wear. Staff member was helpful and pleasant.
Today one store staff opened abruptly the curtains on the fitting room while I was trying clothes without asking permission to check on me. She probably thought I was stealing. I was undressed and made me feel very uncomfortable. I told about it to the cashier and she didn't even apologised. Not good customer service.
