Recently Harley and Ethan attended my property as we had a possum in our roof for a while that had caused electrical damage affecting all kitchen power points and hard wired equipment (dishwasher and exhaust fan) so a major inconvenience.
They contacted me first thing in the morning to confi they would be attending and rang on the way when they were close. Harley and Ethan tracked down the issue and discovered the possum had been using a 3 foot section of the wiring as a chew toy and if not for the safety switches our house would have gone up in flames They explained everything they were doing at each step. They were careful to keep doors to outside closed to keep our indoor cats inside, cleaned up any mess amazingly and were just all around very friendly and professional. Great price for all the work done and we will be having them back to do some non repair work soon.
Dealing with Kellie from the office was also a pleasure and she demonstrated empathy and got me an appointment sooner than I could have imagined.
Cannot recommend this team enough!

Just had to say since my last review I have had the guys out a few more times. Had down lights fitted, oven lights replaced (after zapping myself trying to do a DYI), carport lights, smoke detector fitted and even my TV troubles all fixed no problem. All done promptly and professionally. As I said before, electrical issues? Don’t go any further, call Sutton Security & Electrics!

Jarrod and Ethan did an amazing job installing pendant lights in the kitchen.
They were punctual, polite and professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the area was left clean and tidy. They were very mindful that they were working in someone's home not just a house. I thoroughly recommend them and will use their services again.

on electricity have proven to be very professional and responsive to my electrical issues. Their customer service is outstanding and I have never had any issues with making an appointment, getting a quote or having work completed efficiently.

Jarrod & the boys did a great job! Being an older house it ended up being a bigger job than we first thought but the boys were still able to get everything done and only too happy to. They arrived early and I have an almost 2 year old who was very interested in everything they were doing. They boys were great with him the whole time and didn’t make us feel like he was ever a bother, even though I’m sure he got in the way at least a few times. Great, friendly service from first point of contact until the boys left, and clean, quality work from the boys. We couldn’t have asked for better service! Sutton will be our first call should we need any more work done in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing electrical work.

Harley and Ethan attended my home today to undertake a number of jobs. They are a credit to your company. The arrived on time, are polite, engaging and doing an excellent job. I am particularly impressed how these young men work together and how Harley coaches his apprentice Ethan. If they are an example of the people who work for Sutton's I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone.

We had an electrical fault which kept tripping the fuse. I rang Sutton Electrical and they came very promptly and diagnosed the issue. They also completed some other small electrical work while here. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and friendly, explaining what was done and why. Would highly recommend this local business
