I had the octopus 2020 Vermentino and loved it! So refreshing and tasty:)
Tried Octopus Vermentino 2000 last night with Smoked Salmon entree - perfect match! Bright clear pale straw colour; lifted fresh seaspray on the nose with a hint of minerality, translating on the palate to fresh green apples over a mineral backbone providing interst and depth with a clean crisp finish. At 12% also a perfect luncheon wine. A delight!
What an amazing discovery. We recently picked up a bottle of Susuro Vermentino from Dan Murphy's. We had not heard of this grape varietal before however were pleasantly surprised. It was a great wine to enjoy with our seafood dinner. We highly recommend!
Today I tried an amazing Vermentino it was from Susuro Wines and I can say it was delicious. The Vermentino was light and fruity with a refreshing crisp flavor. With hints of orchard fruits such as Crystal Pear and Gravenstein Apple, well-structured body with a citrus aroma. Enjoyed with pan fried whiting fillet and fenel salad.

Just shared a bottle of the Susuro Vermentino - cool label and delicious wine. Very fresh and textural, perfect for summer and went down very well with our fish n chips. Recommend!
