Should update trading hours. Went to parkmore for a quick return at 4: 50pm and the store was already closed… trading hours said closes at 5: 30.

I tried to call them about the spend 150, save 50 and they said it automatically takes it off when your at the checkout out but when I paid. I check my account and it they took 169 dollers so I called them again and they there was nothing we could do about it, so they said false info.

I went to shop today. The sales assistant with a big mole was Very rude. Asked to check price for the shirt. She literally made fun of me and replied very rudely. Very disappointed

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. A great variety go say hi pick up a bargain.

Walked in to see two sales assistants chatting to each other behind the counter. I went straight past them to look at the sleepwear at the back of the store. Was not acknowledged. The personal conversation continued, I kept looking for what I was after and after 8-10 mins, left. Their chat continued as I made my way out. One star for the range of clothing, which I will now purchase online, so the ladies can continue their chat and then try justify lack of sales to their management. Rude, disappointing and in desperate need of lessons in basic customer service.

Walked in this store with my child and got shouted by the staff to put my mask on. How about come over and talk to me instead of shouting across the store? I am not asking for anything over the top but some decency and respect towards your customers.
