Love shopping at Sussans Belmont. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great with easy parking. Love the Sussan style.
The ladies in Susan’s are so rude my mother went down there tonight as she wanted to by something it was quarter past 5 as she walked in there, the staff rolled her eyes and sighed as if to say “I want to go home and we are shutting” you don’t close till (5: 30), as my mother walked out she looked up your store to find out what time you actually close and started reading the reviews and those reviews were far from not wrong. Seriously learn some customer respect she definitely won’t be going there again. I must also say that you guys were that rude you didn’t even ask her if she needed any help. Not happy
Sales person not very interested in serving us customers in store more the customer on the phone, not greeted in a timely manner and when asked about loyalty system didn't ask if I wanted to join, as I actually did want to join as 8 spotted some beautiful Autumn wardrobe essentials, will head in Geelong City to shop though!
