My wife and I have always come to this store and we've had a few mixed reviews over the last few months.

Unfortunately, a few times we've been there, a blonde lady with a ponytail always seemed short with us and wasn't very helpful when it came to suggestions and prices and supposedly she was one of the managers according to another staff member. There was just an attitude that we didn't appreciate especially being former retail managers. We felt like a burden everytime we had to ask about something.

Luckily, in recent times,
We've come across two amazing staff members in Michelle and Trisia. Michelle just seemed to have so much knowledge about styles and her insight always left my wife in awe. We just wanted to say we appreciate you Michelle. We met Trisia today and she was so helpful, had a positive attitude and tended to us carefully, despite the frenzy of boxing day.

Service was none existent. I was in there this morning for a good 15 -20 minutes. Wasnt acknowledged by anyone. Not a hi, how's your day or talk about product nothing. Staff ignored 90% of people in the store at the time. Beside the lady at the change room. Time spent folding and tidying hanging bays. But no actual attempt to engage. I went from rack to rack from the front of the store, to the sales racks and then but to the front racks, Staff one blonde and the other Sandy brown hair, literally walking past me not saying anything. And they weren't serving other customers either. As a VIP member wanting to buy on a double points weekend. I bought nothing, and won't be returning to store.

Most unprofessional service I received from a Sussan store. Lady who helped at the fitting rooms wearing a pink top was very nice. But the two sales people were completely rude. The one who wore black saw me standing at the counter just walked past me and talked to other customers, arranged few racks again walked past me saying she won't be long - referring to the other sales person who was on the phone turning her back to the counter. I waited and waited. The one on the phone walked away. Finally the one who tried her best to ignore me, came along and checked why I was there. I always shop at Doncaster and their customer service is excellent. Very disappointing Chadston.

Great store, I just don’t think I’m ready for that style yet. The staff were very friendly and helpful putting clothes I wanted to try on in the change rooms. I tried quite a few things on but didn’t find anything I liked.
Part of Chadstone shopping centre, so plenty of parking. I always get lost in Chadstone so I couldn’t tell you where exactly the store is, except for the fact that it was upstairs.

A massive thanks to all the lovely caring friendly staff at this store who went over and above to help me and really cared, listened and made a massive difference to my day today. Thanks girls and my daughter is making a slow recovery in Canberra

My mum was standing in line to buy an outfit on the morning of 25th January at around 11: 20 am. The slim lady with the dark hair around the age of 40-45 wearing white was immensely rude. I know there are covid restrictions and social distancing but my mum was thinking about something and people tend to meander about. She was literally only a millimetre close and the cashier bellowed like a bull "STAND BACK! "

My God. You are working retail, not protecting the pentagon.

You could have said "sorry can you just have a bit of room as we are social distancing? " If she was stressed then I would have understood but your store literally had 3 customers (myself included) and lint.

Take a leaf out of the lovely young lady's book who was working with you and have a good attitude - or perhaps take anger management classes

I've only been to the chadstone shop, i always find something i like. Particularly their range of pj's. The range is so great in both price and quality of fabrics. Be sure to give them a visit when they are having a sale. SERIOUSLY GOOD bargins. I must also Congratulate you on the staff. Always so helpful, never pushy or over the top. Well done.

I am giving this shop 5 stars because of one staff member - Eliza. Outstanding service. She served my wife - who can be difficult at times - and she was patient and friendly and my wife looks better in her new clothes!

I always drop in to see if there is something new. Which there was. The ladies helping were very nice and it was lovely to see staff happy to be there. Thankyou for your service.
