Susie Rotch Psychologist

So angry and disappointed by the way susie rotch ran her practise and took away my power, systematically, as her patient. She was very focused on herself as saviour, and spent most sessions talking about her own life, her private details and experiences, all with the theme of how she had overcome adversity. She was highly pathologising and gave me damaging diagnoses I never received before or after by any medical professional in a decade. I write this to warn potential patients, she will try damage you.

Completely unprofessional, after 6 months of aimless therapy with Susie Rotch I accessed her communication with my Dr, in which susie boasted of doing intensive dbt with me. She had never mentioned dbt once, or done any skills based work, and spent most sessions talking about herself, I certainly didn't consent to DBT and was unaware of this approach. I felt she was overall self agrandising and had a narcisstic personality.

Susie is such a wonderful professional and has given me such insight into myself. I'm very grateful to her.

Susie is the first psychologist I have felt truely seems and understood by. I owe so much of who I am today to her guidance and support.

After a harrowing first session, I returned for a second as I came for forensic psychology, which I paid a large sum of money for, during the second I was asked to remind her what I was there for! Then after moving away, I called to ask for the records to be forwarded to my new doctor interstate, I was told that they would be sent. After they were not received I called to follow up personally, I was then told to they were sent and that she had already taken the time to send them so I should stop being a victim and sort it out. I hung up the phone because this was a totally unacceptable response. I then went back to my doctor to find out if perhaps the files were actually there and they were, so yes they had been received but not put on file yet, I requested a copy of these files because I was in transit and needing to take them onto yet another doctor and there was a note she had handwritten saying something that equated to "sorry I have had trouble with my office staff so the files are incomplete this is the best I can give you" scrawled on post it notes attached to incomplete handwritten files, they were very incomplete, for the most part, non-existent, I expect more from someone that charges this amount of money and some degree of professionalism when dealing with someone that has been through extensive trauma. Go anywhere else. I do not recommend her. She was disinterested in anything but making her money.

Arguably the most qualified and dedicated therapist one could ever engage. Such a pleasure to have connected with her and the benefits that ensued.
