Sushi Sushi St. Albans

I recently had the pleasure of trying the hand roll sushi at Brimbank Sushi Sushi, and it was truly a standout experience. The hand rolls were expertly crafted, with perfectly cooked and seasoned rice, and a delightful assortment of fresh and flavorful fillings. The presentation was beautiful, with each roll presented in a visually appealing way.

But the real star of the show was the taste. The flavors in each hand roll were well balanced and perfectly complementary, and the textures were spot on. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the shop was warm and welcoming.

Went there on a tea break during shift, the guy on this afternoon was super friendly, the store had a fair range of flavours especially for a late evening drop in and the guy and I had a nice little chat along the way, all in all I left with a smile knowing I got good value for money for dinner. The best Sushi Sushi. They have great staff and are always welcoming. They make sushi in small batches so the rice is never cold and hard. I tend to order a lot and get a few of the rolls fresh.

Came in for spicy prawn roll and they only had one left. Person working was kind enough to make 2 extra rolls for me. Will definitely come back knowing they make fresh rolls!

I enjoy the food here. Though today I bought a bento box & sushi deluxe pack - the lady with pink hair didn't give me the correct change. I was in a rush so didn't check properly. The total was $22, I gave her $50 just to only get $18 back.

Now I lost $10. Not happy.

Bento Box = $17.20
Sushi Sashimi Deluxe = $14.80
Total =$32

She did give you the correct change!

PLEASE DONT GO HERE I GOT VERY BAD FOOD POISONING! Very bad salmon and horrible service Keilor store is much nicer and fresher! Please shut down this store!

The size of sushi rolls is bigger than other places. Food are fresh. Love the squid salad.
Negative note: why aren't you keep selling the miso soup?

Absolutely disgusting service. Second time ordering from you through Uber eats, and you have completely messed up my order. I ordered scallops, and you gave me salmon when I specifically said I have allergies to salmon. You didn’t follow my extra requirements, and all I asked for was ginger. You left out the tempura pancakes, The prawn pankos, and the scallops whole. This cost me 40$ and I only got around 10$ worth. Thankfully Uber has given me a refund since you useless people won’t, and you won’t even answer the phone. I warn anyone against this place.

I love this place. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. My only gripe is that if they’re gonna be closed until January 6th they should amend their online info accordingly.

Usual sushi sushi over pricing but my salmon with dry on the edges and way too much mayonnaise, never been disappointed by sushi sushi but today i was. So much mayonaise, gross

They happily took an online order from me for pick-up on a day their store was closed. Only found out after I got there. Their website and store doesn't communicate well enough. This shouldn't happen.

The place was nice, good service and friendly staff, but the food was quite not good, the rice was dry and did not have a same flavour as other Sushi Sushi store, one time my bf got some salmon sashimi but there is some rice under it is it mean that they take the salmon out from other old sushi and put in the box of Sashimi or just accidendly drop the fish in the rice bowl but either way its kinda sad

Not much really, prices as good as it should be regarding the quality, the place is cozy but can host several group

Thank you for the great experience! Beautiful decor with a comfortable space to eat in. There was a great selection of hand rolls, appetisers & gourmet nigiri to choose from. It was perfect for our post workout meal! We really enjoyed the scallop & unagi nigiri, spicy panko prawn, beef tataki and the tiger roll. Best part is we got to watch the sushi chef in action!
