6The customer service was amazing! The person who served me was super sweet and friendly (not to mention, they went above and beyond after I forgot part of my order). Unfortunately, the sushi wasn't as nice as I was expecting. The filling had very little taste. A real shame.
Came at a non-peak time and all tables were filthy dirty and the floor needed to be raked, it's not that hard. No excuse.
Edit: Just noticed food smeared all over the walls beside our table. Classy, I would hate to see the state of the food prep area.
We were served by a young girl with glasses & a piggy tail, she was so rude, literally pushed our box over the counter towards us, she did the same with our drink, no eye contact, no manners, nothing & walked off, so rude… And, when did the rolls go up to $4.20 each - that’s 70 cents inflation - we won’t be back!
Letting the brand down. Asked for some wasabi with our sushi rolls. The wasabi was in the usual plastic dish but below the nice fresh looking wasabi was old stuff from much earlier. Sushi was ok
Watch out 40+ cents surcharge when you pay for a single roll $4.30 tapping your bank card. Not disclosed to customers at all.real crooks. Other sushi kiosks don't do it. Its true about the rumors, other brands have taken over. Time to move on.
