5The food tasted amazing and I didn’t have to wait long at all another plus the staff we’re really nice
The food was just okay. It wasn't bad, the service was friendly but a bit lacklustre. Atmosphere was standard food court awful.
I was at the register waiting for someone to charge me for the food. The lady looked at me and went to take another person's order. She then got to the counter, acknowledged my existence and then put in the other person's order and made me feel like I didn't exist. Didn't even offer an explanation or anything. Put the food back and left. Felt very race motivated as I wasn't Asian and the gentleman was. Very odd business practice. I think I'll cross the entire sushi sushi brand from purchasing ever again
On the counter signs says 4 rolls for $12 only to get to the pay station and cost $15+ staff member saw me look at the sign only to look away knowingly.
Won't ever go back. No effort to correct.
Love the sushi here. Great service from Ryan and Ken. Sometimes I come daily and they are happy to accomodate special order.
