SUSHI & NORI reviews
14Great quality food, not much variety though. Also, it's a shame the train doesn't run. Will be back and hopefully can increase to 5 stars
Just incredibly naive & possibly the rudest staff on the entire food court.luckily there are plenty other good food options nearby.will not waste my time at here ever again.
Love Sushi & Nori! I come here often for lunch and the sushi is super fresh and tasty. I usually order the red salmon pack or sometimes tuna.
I've heard the sushi train here is pretty good and it's always very busy, so I'll have to try that next time.
Food is yum but too expensive now. They categories their dishes to 3 now with the standard dishes being $6. I'd go for a walk to southern cross Woolworths for sushi there now.
Severely overpriced for a) size of meal, and b) taste - recommend finding other options in the otherwise great foodcourt
Absolutely the worst customer service I ever come across, the male customer service if you do not want be there, please quit the job do not spread your negative emotion to other people.
Always a friendly staff and they for the most part take pride in their work. The food fresh and a fair variety
Fresh & flavoursome! All your favourites and then some! Great service prompt, friendly and informative.
Love the team greetings.
Used to love this sushi train but something has changed, they've increased the pricing of many of their plates to $6 (!) whilst barely any remain at the standard plate price. Minimal hot items put out now. Plates used to be organised into a spicy section, now its all mixed up together. Taste has gone downhill. Pretty sad that they've made these changes, you've lost a customer
I love a sushi train - being able to choose from a wide variety of dishes as they travel past - and this was a good place for lunch in docklands. Good variety of dishes, attentive service, reasonable prices. Surprised it wasn't busier!
I have had many good experiences at Sushi and Nori, and our recent visit to the sushi train was no exception. The pricing scale is simpler than most sushi trains - sushi plates are $4.50, small meals are $8. The sushi train is clearly labelled. As well as black and brown rice sushi, there's a vegetarian section. The staff are helpful with dietary requirements, and the sushi train area is bright and accessible. The small meals aren't typically put out until midday, so if you arrive early, you'll need to ask a staff member to have one made for you.
There are many exciting choices for workers to choose from at Collins Square food court especially at lunch time. My colleague and I are only eyeing for their Sushi Train.
The seafood is very fresh. They even make sushi with blackrice. Amazingly yummy. They also made sushi with brown rice. Their fried chicken is to die for. The deep fried prawn is so super yummy. Put it this way, every single dish on that train looks delicious. I'm sure they taste good too. We had 11 dishes. Satisfied.
We love this place so much that we decided to try their bento. We went with the Chilli Fried Chicken bento. It looks so inviting. It costs $14. The portion is big. There are so many pieces of chicken. The chicken dumpling tastes good although it's really salty. They could have pumped up the Chilli a bit more. It's kind of more sweet than chilli.
Overall, it's still a good place to go for lunch.
Really bad customer survise the lady who looks like maneger was not treating good to her stuff. I didn't feel happy are peaceful after I went
Good quality sushi.
The deluxe nigiri box was fresh and offered a good selection of 8 nigiris.
The take way boxes are on the pricier side however their sushi train is way too expensive. Starting price for a plate is $4.5. If you work it out you could be paying $9 for 4 pieces of nigiri lol.
