Sushi from here is honestly some of the best around which is so surprising. You could walk outside and get sushi from a franchise like sushi sushi which claims to have the best, but I wouldn't recommend it. Sushi izu doesn't claim anything and still delivers the freshest tastiest sushi around, made fresh every morning, the rice is sticky, fish is fresh, the seeweed soft, just all round great sushi. 5/5
