Sushi Hub Werribee

I have been a customer since the shop was opened, bough sushi at least once 3-4 times a month. Never have an issue until today, with the older man bad service. I bought 12 sushi rolls and asked to get some gingers, he gave me two. I asked for more he gave me ONE more then I said I have a lot of sushi and we all like ginger even our kids. He gave me ONE more. I said can I at least get 10, one for each rolls? He said he can only allowed to give 5 per customers! I have never been told like that. Maybe 5 gingers if I only purchase ONE SUSHI! Very bad bad service. I mean if you hate your job then just retire and don’t take it out on paying customers! When I asked for ginger at sushi hub city (bourke st) they gave me a handful without counting. Super disappointed with Sushi Hub Werribee for having such an employee with bad attitude!

Bought some sushi again today but the people serving did not maintain the queue. Was surprised to see their service going down and prices going up.

Omg, staff here are SO nice! And you can get as much wasabi and soy sauce you want as it's there for you to grab!
And how cute is this burger sushi box! YES!
Had seaweed salad, chicken teriyaki roll and california roll. All so good! Especially the seaweed salad, best I've ever had!

It's a hub for sushi. I like their sushi, it is the fatter roll type. It's tasty but probably not so healthy. I like the deep fried prawn rolls best.

Sushi hub is great and very quick. Conveniently located closer to Target side.
Fresh and well made.

Best sushi in town hands down. Since discovering this joint I've made it mandatory to come here and grab some sushi every time I come to the plaza. Definitely stands out against other sushi places imo

We are regulars. My kids love the crispy chicken cucumber handroll. There's also a good selection of nigirizushi, inari sushu and boxes.

Always fresh and filling! I would always make the 20 min drive for them. My family enjoys this place too especially having a husband who doesn’t really like sushi and that alone says a lot.

Good quality food and courteous staff. They offer sushi ginger and soya sauce with no expectation of additional cost. Overall, a good place to try out for sushi.

My most favourite sushi place of all time in west. Instantly you can taste the fresh ingredients used to make the sushi in mouth. They have vast range of sushi you can try. Their vegetarian option is amazing

Food is good but Manager – Katrina needs to pull up her socks! My husband and I purchased more than $15 and ate there. Towards the end, we realised that there was either a free miso soup or green tea for purchase over $15. Katrina served us but never even offer either option.

To top it off, she was supposed to bring over the Salmon Nigiri once it was ready (there was none on display and they were making it then). I checked with her twice upon paying and she said yes she will bring it over. At where we are sitting, we can see that the Salmon Nigiri is already on display but after 10 minutes, she still didn’t bring it over. Bear it mind, this is not even a busy period. It was us and another customer for the whole 15 mins. All she did was just hanging around the counter talking. My husband had to finally go over and ask for the Salmon Nigiri.

Totally unimpressed. Read about the manager being promoted from NSW and training other staff… Sushi Hub you’d better start looking into the quality of the manager your company hires. How can a manager that is so slack train others? What kind of customer service will customers get?

The manager Will and staff are all so friendly, amazing service every time I come here and the sushi is DELICIOUS.will keep returning!

I ordered cooked tuna but they give spicy raw tuna, it's awful and raw tuna not fresh at all. I won't be go back again.

I come here often on my lunch breaks. The staff are very friendly and the sushi is the best I've had. Always fresh.
