Supré Chadstone

One of the employees was downright rude, implied i was stealing and told us where we should stand to cue up to try on, even though we weren’t in anyones way at all in a nasty tone?

I have been into this Chadstone store maybe 20 times over the last few months to see if the customer service was different, unfortunately it was not. Never greeted, even when walking near the counter in which 2 staff were behind gossiping. Puts me off buying any items as I usually walk right out with frustration at the lack of customer service, being in retail myself i know what service I would like from staff. I always end up very dissapointed, greeting and helping people may only be a thing when head office is around.

The girls are always friendly instore and there is always a good range of basics

Whenever I've gone in to the shop, I've felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome.the staff don't greet or ask if I need any help and they give a really nasty glare. I thought it was just me until I talked about it with a few of my friends and they have felt the same way and tell me they avoid the shop.the staff really need to work on their manners and communication skills.

I was at Supre Chadstone last Saturday afternoon. While in the change rooms, I heard one of the staff members (Effie), on the phone to whom I presumed to be another staff member or someone higher in the job, using highly inappropriate language talking about customers coming to Chadstone after getting tested in the car park.

I understand her frustration as I work in the centre myself and I would not want anything to happen to anyone, but as I also work in retail, I will not be unprofessional while working, especially when customers are around and use profanity around them as well.

I really hope your staff members will be careful and mindful next time.
