Staff not wearing masks, visited the store three times over two days and was never greeted once, staff talking amongst themselves and one employee was not wearing her mask properly while serving customers every time I went in. Adding to this, the store is tiny and the displays are always a mess with boxes and unfolded clothes everywhere. It has been several months since I posted this review, staff still never friendly and ignore customers.

Went to this store at 3.30pm today to do a return and the girl refused me saying that they were closed at 3.30pm and that she was doing the till. I had called the centre before I made a special trip there to see what time they were closing and I was told 4pm. I told this to the girl and she might as well have said back to me “to bad”. The store is closing tomorrow due to covid 19 for 6 weeks and she told me to send the return in or come back when they re open. She was soo rude and lazy. I thought they would want to be nice to their customers since retail is down at moment, who knows I maybe have brought something else while I was there.

Incredibly rude staff, chatting and gossiping about co-workers/their social lives. One staff member saw us waiting for service and continued to 'tidy' (ignore). Had to approach the staff member and ask if she could serve us after waiting for 5 minutes. Even after working in retail for 6 years, I have never seen a staff member audibly sigh before serving a customer.

Revolting attitude! Head to Dotti Eastland for great service and staff who seem to actually enjoy their jobs!
