47 Supps r Us is generally very fast to get their orders out. Their CS team is quick to respond and very often do everything in their power to ensure your supplements arrives to you in a good amount of time. I have nothing but praise for the online team.
I have been ordering from this store fairly routinely for a few years now. But at some point they have switched over delivery partners to Aramax. Who are, in my experience, the worst delivery company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. If you’re new to this, Aramax, used to be Fastway. They may have changed their name, but their terrible services have stayed the same.
In the last few months I recently made 3 orders. 2 were with Aramax. One was with Auspost (not sure why, I didn’t choose) both Aramax deliveries were “attempted deliveries” that we know is code for “we didn’t try”, and it goes to their distribution centre in South Melbourne docks. By far, the most irritating way to have to retrieve a package.
I simply hate Aramax. Almost every delivery I’ve ever had with them for some reason never makes it to me and involves some extra hassle just to get my package. It’s just not worth the extra time and is incredibly inconveniencing. I use online delivery for the opposite reason and Aramax continually sabotages that goal. In the time it takes for me to now go out of my way to get what I originally ordered I have already gone to another store and ordered what I need. It’s not like the weekly lifts stop because of Aramax’s inability to deliver. Furthermore, I’ve now spent extra money on an extra supplement for that month.
Knowing Aramax is handling things for Supps r Us now, I really don’t feel Inclined to order again if that’s the case. It’s just not worth the hassle and I know I’m guaranteed delivery from some of the new places I’ve discovered recently. But any time I smell Aramax’s scent, I run.

What a joke this place has become. It used to be buzzing with music and staff wanting and willing to help. Now you walk in (nothing is priced) on so many occasions just as today the staff are just either sitting on their phone or on the computer im actually surprised we got greeted. Walked in with every intention to buy a large tub of protein powder the guy couldn’t even be bothered asking if we needed help we looked around for 5 minutes and left no good bye or anything. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. You literally just lost a sale but based off previous reviews they clearly know this and have done nothing to fix it. Never walking in again and I’ll spread the word to anyone I know to no longer waste their time going there.
Avoid this company.
I’ve personally had a few run ins with their online service, and last time I said never again.
They used to be great, not sure what happened.
I’m not going into detail because I hate them so much I don’t want to give them any more of my time.
Went into Supps r us Braeside today and was blown away by the range of products and the customer service was second to none. Peta has so much knowledge and was happy to answer all my questions and help me choose the right products for my training. Definitely will be going back thanks guys!
Seems to have gone through change of ownership without advising anyone. Bought 2 tubs of pre workout (on sale sale) only to be told that both flavours were out of stock.looked at the website and they both were in fact in stock but the price had gone up to $64.99.
This place is great! I have been looking everywhere to find a new supplement shop! They are great help, great layout and was very helpful will be going there for all my shopping now
