Amazing customer service! I called on Thursday in a bit of a pickle when our gardener had to cancel. They managed to deliver our order 30 mins after ordering! Really nice and great to deal with! Mulch was great quality

Very disappointed with my redgum timber delivery.
Ordered 1 meter, when it arrived I spoke to the driver about my concerns re the amount of wood delivered as it is. 7 of a meter at best.
Considering the price, and the fact that I am a 2 decade client, very disappointed that this has not been followed up and or corrected.

Super friendly staff, particularly the delivery man! Ordered mulch and it was here (in Mooroolbark) in 15 minutes - amazing.

Super easy to deal with. Ordered some pebbles & compost, delivered the next morning. Happy with the person I spoke to at the depot and with delivery.

Used many times - always give great advice, very friendly and deliver when they say they will deliver. Always friendly drivers that drop the load exactly where you want it - even if a bit challenging! Will keep using them!

I read previous comment about quality of products but before buying checked the black mulch I needed and it was good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff that took time to honestly explain their products.love their vege soil mix! I have one patch with Super Soil vege mix and another with another brand and the veges are flourishing in the Super Soil mix giving me superior yield and harvest. I will be back for more!

I originally rated Supersoil 4 stars because they were helpful and informative. However since buying some topsoil from them this week and some mulch last month I need to revise this to 2 stars after seeing the results.

The soil is full of weed seeds and pieces and is obviously not screened or heated to kill seeds and weeds very well at all. If you use their topsoil be prepared for weeds everywhere.

The coloured mulch has a lot of plastic pieces and artificial/manufactured wood pieces such as melamine board and chipboard which is NOT good for gardens. So I would not recommend using their coloured mulch.

They are overpriced for the quality of their soil and mulch.

I bought a bag of cement and found out that was made in China, the quality was not as good as the blue circle cement made in Australia. The service and staff was fantastic.

Always go their been doing a lot of DIY and the staff is always the same blady good blokes and solid advise at all times keep it up boys

My delivery arrived on time. The driver was a nice man. Very helpful. The man in the yard was really friendly. Soil looks amazing. Good quality.

The guys here are always really helpful. Excellent selection of landscaping requirements. They can deliver, or trailers are available.

I can not recommend these guys highly enough. They are professional, helpful and they stand for customer service. I had some Tuscan toppings delivered to my house, which was, unbeknown to the poor guys who had to lug it up my stairs, substandard. When Tim was told in an email from my landscaper about the product, he could not have been more responsive. He came and had a look, agreed the product was faulty, and took all the necessary steps to rectify the problem (which would have been very hard yakka). I cannot thank him enough.

This was the 3rd garden supplies place I tried. The two previous suppliers offered no real assistance and prices were way higher. Top notch service and assistance by the staff and left me questioning why I even tried the other two beforehand.
