I had mulch delivered to my home and the service was fantastic and I was happy with the price. I have recommended Supersoil to others and would use again!
I have to say the staff are very friendly and accommodating, this’s review does not reflect on the helpful and cheerful manner in which they operate.
My concern relates to the volume of product they dispense. On two occasions recently, the last today, I purchased 0.5 cubic metre of 7mm local pebbles. On the first occasion the load was dropped into my trailer, and on reflection I thought that it wasn’t the full 0.5 cubic metre that I paid for. The yard was busy and I thought that it wasn’t such a big deal and I let it go. The internal dimensions of my trailer are 1.5m x 1.2m X 0.3m which calculates to a cubic volume of 0.54 cubic metre. On the second occasion I ordered and paid for another load of the same material and when delivered to the trailer was far short of 0.5 cubic metre. I brought this to the attention of the operator, who insisted that the “bucket” of the front end loader is 0.5 cubic metre and that it was full.
After some friendly Argie barbie they agreed that I could top it up manually using a shovel.
The message here is be aware of the volume of product being delivered.

I love this place, the staff are always so helpful and I get things bagged as I live in a unit and it still works out a lot cheaper that the big stores.

I've bought a lot of garden soil from here when making a large raised vegetable garden. I've always been pleased with the quality and speed of delivery. The garden soil mix is terrific and my garden looks great!

Supersoil is open, just need to phone order through at gate and they bring EFTPOS terminal to car. Staff friendly and soil seems good. Now to start growing some veggies.
