26Customer service, was very rude screaming at customers and at mead well and asking if I left the coffee on the shelve even though I explained it wasn’t me she was very very rude looking at me like she wants to bite me, it’s like we are in a fruit shop, she literally kicked us out of the shop extremely rude never going to that shop again. If you want to be respected don’t go to that shop please just an advice.
I have never ever seen a customer service as rude as yours. Thanks for giving me the worst experience today.
I bought superdry jacket 4-5 days befor after 1 wash its all sponge completely squeezed spoiled, and today i went there for return the faulty jacket but staff was rude and denied to exchange because it was washed
Employee was very rude and disrespectful, even don’t know customer satisfaction is most important.

Extra discounts to be had on the usual prices, which is great. There was a wide range available, so definitely worth a look.

Good store & staff, but the store stunk of sewage. I asked staff what was the smell and they said it is always like that. I couldn’t work in that smell.
Be aware their STRICT return policy: No return on sale item. There is no sign or warning about it when purchase. We had learned it in the hard way today when trying to return one of our purchased items within 20 minutes. If the shop staffs are observing the review, be upfront to remind the customers of the uncommon return policy when you make the sell. Kindness doesn’t cost a thing. Or does it?

Full marks on the product, variety and quality Superdry has and service too. But still, something was off-beat yesterday. Sorry, but I am not trying to be rude here, its just what I felt. Seems like it was overstaffed. Staff was on constant run (no lie) fixing the aisle/stocking products, they must have asked us at least 5 to 6 times if we are okay or need any help. I was trying out various jackets, so when there was this moment where I had keep the ones I was not buying (on its designated rack/aisle btw), the staff literally rushed towards me like a hawk, "I will help putting it back". Sorry guys but some customers love their space while shopping. Just felt like they were over-doing it, but that's my opinion. Apart from this it was all great.
Went Sun evening, saw some good deals jackets, but didn't get any as the shop was overcrowded. No control on crowd limit. I prefer other outlets.
While the store does have some decent options and the prices are mostly reasonable, the lighting in the store is atrocious. Makes it really hard to have a good look at the colours and details of the clothes on display.
Today, I had a terrible experience with a staff who was working in front. The girl staff was angry and yelled to my 6 years old daughter rudely just because she touched queue barriers. I was just shocked! She’s beautiful but has an ugly heart! So sad. I’ve got a her pic, but this time I wouldn’t post it. Please be nice!
After standing in the queue the staff said you can’t take pram in store.
Asked him where is the sign he said there is no sign.
No one said any thing when I was waiting in the queue.
When I asked them about people in wheel chair.
The guy said they do not allow wheel chair and prams.
Very disappointed with the staff attitude.

This will be my first review and I have sat on the idea of posting it for a while, I have purchased a number of items from this particular store and have always found the prices to be competitive and the service prompt. IN saying that, 3 items I purchased (totaling around $300) where faulty, a sports Hoodie had an issue where the rubber lining around the zip came loose and has peeled off, a knitted jumper had a hole in one of its pockets and two weeks ago I purchased a jacket and upon wearing it for the second time found a tear internally. I take partial responsibility for not checking these items thoroughly when making the purchase however am very disappointed as SuperDry is a premium brand and I would not expect any store (premium or otherwise) to be selling faulty goods off the shelf. If you are reading this review you are probably wondering why I did not take the goods back and the answer is I did not keep my receipts which is a rookie mistake I know. Being a consumer I also have a responsibility however so do SuperDry and I wanted to put this out there to warn others to ensure they check their items before purchasing. SuperDry I hope your staff and inwards goods checkers also take note not to put faulty goods on the shelf as I now have a very bad taste in my mouth and moving forward will be unlikely to support your brand. Happy to supply pictures of the damaged goods to anyone who may be interested
I always have a good experience at this store every time. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Gets a bit crowded needs to be a bigger store.
