Price worthy products, affordable and super comfy. Visited the store nearly closing time still treated with excellent customer service. I will be back.

Great service from Samantha sorting out a return for me. Super helpful, patient and accommodating. Definitely a repeat customer.

Recently purchased a puffer jacket from Superdry highpoint shopping centre. There were 2 staffs and both were super friendly and ready to help me with size and colour options. Trial rooms are also available and the best part I got off on becoming member. They have decent options to choose.

Very terrible customer service. The lady at the counter was extremely rude to my mother the moment she stepped into the store. All she intended to do was exchange a jacket that she bought one size too large but was presented with eye rolls instead. Upon requesting an exchange, the lady excessively sniffed the garment and chucked it abruptly behind the counter. Was this really necessary?

The shopkeeper was extremely arrogant and rude. Had a very bad experience and felt the lady didn't bother about her customer at all. Won't shop from this outlet ever.

Workers ask you to wear a mask when none of them are masked. I told them I don't wear one coz I have asthma but apparently that's not a good enough reason. Workers are all unmasked but customers can't enter without a mask lol

Rude and Arrogant, hope it’s just an off moment, but get off your a@@es and greet customers, you’re better than what was just experienced.

Like the brand but not staff unfortunately.enjoyed talking about nails while blocking corridors and ignoring customers.

Can y’all open on time? Rang up prior and you said you open at 11, meanwhile myself and other customers are waiting way past 11 at the doors

I've had a fantastic experience while served by management. Otherwise I've been attended to very ignorantly by other staff. I simply walked out. Very hit and miss.
